You can't fix a soft culture overnight you need to draft players that want to win a super bowl more than anything not players who want to market their own brand and be businessmen like their owner

We have players that would rather be marketing businessman, and we have a marketing businessman who made himself the football guy. It's the perfect recipe.

I never understood this with older head coaches, you're at the tail end of your career, and kinda grim but you're also at the tail end of life. I know money is not an issue, why wouldn't you spend that time with family?

Agree most for the most part, but why....I think passion, determination, competitiveness and sure will to want to be better.....MM and most these coaches are dedicated to coaching.and to the team.....NFL kind be a grind and it's time to grind it out and figure out why and how to fix it.....Family is great....but it's like everything,...there is time for family and there is time to fix the problem...
