From 2022. Cowboys have gotten the 4th most value out of their draft picks from 2011 to 2021. The 2023 class was a stinker but as I have noted, its kind of a league wide stinker with a few exceptions salted in.

According to ESPN, “Washington interviewed a handful of candidates for the position, including Ian Cunningham, Glenn Cook, Alec Halaby and Will McClay” before hiring 49ers’ Adam Peters.

It’s not that McClay is turning down interviews, he’s just not getting hired.

Always find it funny when people "love" being here when this board always tell me how horrible Jerry Jones is.

Well, I think McClay understands that he's in a good position. He doesn't have to answer for the team's bad decisions because Jones is the de facto GM. But he gets credit for all of the good decisions. Unless you have an ego that says you just have to have the GM title, as long as you're well paid, what's not to love?
