Some are good Tackles, but can become elite Guards. I think our biggest issue with both Connor and Biaz was lack of an anchor and inability to generate much of a push in the run game. Think you put a powerful Tackle inside next to Biaz, it greatly improves that weakness.

Absolutely, drafting real Guards like Zion, Sayer or Strange is a route they should seriously consider.

I know you don’t want to hear it, but Connor Williams wasn’t a bad pick. 51 starts of (at worst) league average play from the 50th pick isn't a miss. Isn’t 1 thing, to say you hoped Williams developed further than he did, but he was a decent starter at a relatively cheap price point.

....when you blow a 2nd round pick on a guy that led the league in penalties....that's a failure.
