McFadden looked slow

McFadden should be looking slow his 76 carries the past 3 weeks are the most he's had in his entire career over a 3 game stretch. He looked fast against the Giants in week 7 because he only had 37 carries entering that game his legs were fresh. I posted he's going to be worn down if we use him as a workhorse. His 29 carries vs NY was only one carry off his career high which came 5 years ago.

JG is not a coach, not even QB coach material.

He's simply a good leader -- GM/management guy.

I question the GM/Management as well.. Guy can't even pick a proper QB, when he was suppose to be a QB coach two years prior. Brad Johnson, Kitna, Weeden and now Cassell..

Maybe some position needs to be made up for him, like Quality Control Analyst... maybe a manager at the Call Center of Valley Ranch to field calls from fans about how much this organization is wrecked because of guys like him...
