Exactly... and why would a team put that much into a rb that would be sharing the rock as much as he would? And blame the cap for all his moves... especially the McCoy one. DM's agent is behind this crap.

I have a lot of good friends that it wouldn't be a good idea to start a business with. Bradford is damaged goods. No level of friendship changes that.

And not to the tune of 8-9 mill....unless, as I said before, Bradford is throwing in some part of it which we all know he isn't cause he has to keep paying his health insurance premiums.
 
Its looking very plausible Murray overplayed his hand and now has no one to dance with.
 
Mathews, Sproles & Murray would equate to about $16M a year of running backs, add in Staford you have $30M in the back field.

But I would not put it past Kelly.

Especially, since I am pretty sure the reporters don't have a budget, unless they could put Murray on their expenses report.
 
I hope we don't pass up what few qaulity players remain out there waiting on Murray to make a decision.

At this point, I think their, DM and his agent, only objective is to stick it in JJ's face and say match it or see... we can get a higher offer elsewhere if we want to. Unfortunately for them... it didn't work out that way.
 
Cowboys won't budge. Probably offering a max at 6.5 mil/yr with the only thing holding up the contract is the amount of guaranteed money.

Resign Murray, sign Greg Hardy, and draft BPA. If only it were that easy.

Demarco wants to win and is an amazing leader/example to the team. If he wanted money more than winning, he would have signed with the Jags or Raiders by now. The longer it goes on, the more I'm convinced he will take less to sign with the Boys and win. I think the FO knows this too.
