Kiwi will never play Linebacker in the NFL.

Witten vs Kiwi

Shockey vs Kiwi

LJ vs Kiwi

To top it off Petiti vs Kiwi.

Didn't Petiti own Kiwi in college?

Nuff said.

Virtual Erasmus James clone.

And all three of those guys would blow by Bobby Carpenter like he was concrete shoes in man on man. If you're guarding those guys with a outside linebacker 1-on-1, something has gone wrong.

Pettiti owned Dwight Freeney, but Freeney has still managed to have an okay career in the NFL.

I don't know where the Erasmus James reference comes from. Erasmus James had 1 productive year in college and a long list of injuries (and he didn't have a bad rookie year). Kiwi has had sack totals of 9.5, 11.5 and 11.5 sacks and tons of QB pressures and TFL's over the last 3 years. Production and achievement has never been a problem for him. Does he have bust potential? Yeah, the same way David Pollack has bust potential. They don't have prototype bodies for their position, and might require a position change. But when you have great college production, great intelligence, great athletic ability and a great work ethic it minimizes the risk. Especially when you're picking in the late teens.

I say no way, no how does Kiwi get drafted by a team that plays base 3-4.

The Erasmus James reference means Kiwi and Erasmus can only move in one direction.

That's EXACTLY what I was thinking. Heck ya Kiwi would have trouble covering those guys one-on-one. Lawrence Taylor, Kevin Greene, Andre Tippet, Charles Haley, Willie McGinest, etc. would have trouble covering as well. BUT does that mean we wouldn't take one of those guys if we had a chance? I truly believe Kiwi is worth the risk.....
