Any true fan should hope they don not win another game but do hope to see some progress from some of the younger guys and see what Trey can do.

Actually we should all hope Trey does suck because we can not afford to keep him anyway!
I've seen enough of Trey to already conclude he is NOT a good QB.

Me brain trust at the group home has crunched the numbers and it isn't looking pretty like Mamie Van Doren.

Keep in mind we have losses ...um er ...games against the Eagles (2), Washington (2), Tampa Bay and Cincinnati.

What would 6-11 fetch us in the draft?
probably a top 10 pick.

I'd rather just tank the rest of the season, that'd give us at least the 5th selection probably. Trade up a few spots and get a QB. This team needs new spark. Look how Washington turned their whole franchise around after taking a QB.
Yes. Washington did nothing else but added a QB.

You don't need to hope. He sucks.

6-11 is what I predicted in a poll here before the season started. Unless Rush can ignite some kind of fire under our offense and exercise strong leadership 6-11 is well within the possibilities. Then again, Rush doesn't play defense.

Well....a QB, our old DC, and a bunch of our old players, a RB, and Bobby Wagner. Many of us have been pounding the table for these moves to be made in Dallas for a few years, yet here we are.

And they just made a trade for a shut down CB.

Crazy how much better their new ownership group is at building a contender than the guy that's been doing it since the late 80s. If you fire McCarthy, retain Q as HC, keep Fowler, Armstrong, and Biadasz, bring in Wagner and any of Ekeler, Barkley, or Henry, we're looking at a completely different team. Take Dak's shiny new contract out of the equation, with a few restructures and clever contract structuring all of this is possible. Instead, we're looking at a rough time ahead of us. Very unfortunate.
