Men, how does 6-11 look to you in 2024?

Do you really think they will draft a qb that high after just signing Dak? You’re setting yourself up for disappointment I believe

They have lots of needs a qb don’t fix what ails the team

They literally can draft any position and it will fill a need so many players have fell off the deep end
With the right coach and staff, this team can be fixed in 2 seasons, which is just enough time to get a young quarterback, ready to do battle.
I firmly believe dak retires next season, and takes a injury settlement.
We've had a good enough team to get deep into the playoffs a few times in the past couple decades. Unfortunately, we've never had a quarterback to get it done, and I mean a quarterback.

Nor have we had the coaching nor have we had the defense nor have we had the ability to run or stop the run

Now we have all those things there have been years where we were only deficient in a couple of those areas

I firmly believe it’s a team game the qb is just 1 aspect

Of course, it's a team game. The quarterback just happens to be the most important piece.

How does 6-11 look? Like a pipe dream. We will be overachieving if we pull that off. We are historically bad or close to it. I think 4-13 is much more realistic now.

What’s strange is we had all these injuries at the start of the season and before, and they dangled hope that most of them would return, yet here we are and so many key players have yet to return while others keep getting dinged as well.

Carolina spanked the Giants which isn’t saying much . Dallas will not steamroll them . One of these 17-14 jobs . Then you have the Giants rematch …5-12 your looking at

Agreed
The wheels are off the bus
If Mike stays the rest of the year, the bus is on fire
If Rush starts again, the bus engulfed in flames, drives into a oil/gas facility

It's gonna get BAD

MM would have sandwiched his early exit 3 yrs 12-5 teams with 6-10 ( 16 game schedule ) and a 5-12 disaster .

I love the descriptions

:lmao:

Giants are our only win and also the only game we will be favored. It's shocking how little talent we are putting on the field now. Our secondary is an absolute mess other then Diggs.

They were arrogant in their thinking. Much is ineptitude. Much is being too loyal to the staff and players. Just can't do it. In this league loyalty means staying the same, which means your not looking to get better. This is exactly what happened.

You don’t have to worry about it I don’t see this team winning but one more game 4-13 hopefully

Jerry thinks Zeke is a top tier RB still. He said it just 10 days ago. Lol. Again, it's his loyalty, with blinders on, that's killed us.

6-11 in 2024 seems ambitious to me. I don't see them winning another game. They may be able to beat the Giants and Panthers, but I wouldn't put money on it.

3-14 with a top 5 pick in the 2025 Draft. Plus, I predict that they get Micah's deal done before free agency hits as well as restructuring deals to create money for free agency prior to day one of free agency.

The rebuild won't be as long as we think. High draft picks in 2025 plus what I suspect will be a much more active free agency may offset losing Tank Lawrence, Zach Martin, and a few others.

Jerry and Stephen may tell us this was the plan all along if they see success during the 2025 season. I'll throw up in my mouth seeing those clowns play football genius. But, I'll be much happier with a double digit win playoff bound team than with the 2024 team.

I recall a time when Jerry had no loyalty to staff or players. If he saw we needed to get better, he'd pull the trigger. Loyalty be damned. Now he's a toothless tiger mostly due to age and senility. Wrapped up in delusions of grandure.

I wish that was true. But it isn't.

I'd rather just tank the rest of the season, that'd give us at least the 5th selection probably. Trade up a few spots and get a QB. This team needs new spark. Look how Washington turned their whole franchise around after taking a QB.
What about Chicago, Carolina, Indy,
Where’s there spark?
