Micah left for a reason

Players say that, and some even mean it when they do, but then their agents (if they are good of course) remind them that every contract may be their last and than they need to capitalize on their valuation when they can because a lot can change between this and the next contract.

I think he meant it when he said it, but I think over time he realized he needed to be pragmatic rather than emotional about it.
We've got an organizational problem where people speak before they think.

He gets a better shot at a SB.

That's undeniable.
And that was my whole point from my OP. Micah knows Dak isn’t it and once Micah got paid as well we couldn’t afford anyone else. We just screwed up paying the wrong guy and that was Dak. Lamb and Micah were the two we should have built the team around. Oh well. Hopefully these old fools try now to trade Diggs at the deadline. Get as many picks as possible now.

But if the plan is to continue to build around Dak with all those picks?

The old fools finally got them a solid dtackle.

To win. He could make way more money here with sponsorships etc. He left because he wants a SB. Plain and simple. He’s not a dumb guy. He sees what they do. He knows he now has a chance with a young team in GB. This team isn’t going anywhere for a long time…….
Micah left for one reason........$$$

Uh........ the fly in the honey here is that Micah didn't think Jerry would trade him and he certainly had no control over where he ended up. He didn't pick GB. He didn't have a choice.

I don't think so.
He never thought it would come to this.
He over played his cards. And Jerry called his bluff.

And looking ahead with Giants on the horizon in a noon affair in Dallas in a few weeks with Jaxson Dart having won the backup job how soon before Mr Wilson takes a stumble in the yard and Dart is throwing in real action . Could it be the Pokes game ?

DaBoll coaching for his life ain’t following Mr Wilson’s act with Jamis the Menace heaving up interceptions like a school lunch on the Cowboys carpet . Showtime Dart sooner then later .
I like this post. Well written.

But he demanded to be traded. After refusing to practice and play. Faking an injury after a clean MRI has got to be SOMEBODY'S fault.
Thank You!

People say I'm condescending towards Parsons. I just didn't like the way he acted towards his teammates and his employer who nurtured his game and oversaw him switching to a position that typically pays substantially more.

I get the holding out part. But Parsons could have remained classy and let his agent handle it.

Instead, he crashed out to the point of no return.
