Get properly informed. Know and understand what happened, why and who's truly to blame.

LOL

As always.

Its everyone but the guy throwing the ball.

You can rag on everyone else except Dak.

Be serious for once. I actually enjoy your posts. About pretty much everything unrelated to the QB.

You have extensive knowledge but your need to defend this guy at all costs including throwing other guys under the bus is crazy to me.

Most OTAs are voluntary. I believe teams typically have 2 or 3 day mandatory period of OTAs but that could be outdated info.

EDIT - Yeah OTAs and minicamp seem to be seperate things anymore per a google search. Anything OTA seems to be voluntary.
voluntary....but is there dedication to your craft and company to achieve goals. that is when you are all in when you do more than you are mandated to do.

Lets get rid of our best defensive player coz he didn't turn up to some voluntary stuff.. c'mon.

I don't know why all great players have to be leaders.. not all are.

He may grow into a leader.. he may not.. it has absolutely no bearing on whether he can get to the QB or not.
I partially agree with you, but ultimately it's a team sport, not an individual one. I have little doubt that Micah Parsons will rack up double digit sack numbers regardless of his OTA status. The problem is your best players become the face of your team. Your best players become who the rest of the roster emulates. You make a player the highest paid defender of all time and that gets magnified ten fold.

Micah Parsons came into this league with a chip on his shoulder, talked about changing the culture of this team. The dude was super hungry and hated even being taken out of preseason games when he hit his snap count numbers. Fast forward just a couple of years and we are still seeing a premium player, but the small red flags are slowly piling up. Not saying cut the guy tomorrow, but if I'm the Cowboys I'm keeping a close eye this stuff.

I don’t blame him. The organization did nothing to help this team this offseason. Micah asked Jerry to get him some help this offseason and they got a 32 year old LB. That’s it.

I do feel for Zimm here however. Talking about getting screwed to come into a 1 year situation. He needs to install his D and needs all hand on deck.

A ton speculation here, but it's something to keep in mind. We know Micah spoke with Jerry about offseason needs, getting bigger up the middle and Jerry basically gave him the finger this offseason. Not saying it is the case, but I would think it's certainly possible that Micah has the thought process that if the Cowboys front office isn't going to help him win a championship why should he put in the extra work?

This is certainly not an isolated issue where Micah is the only one to blame.

If I’m Jerry I’m signing Lamb in the next couple of months and then Micah. Those two with Diggs are the core elites.

Dak Haters don't care about facts...how can they??

Dak Haters invent QB categories to hate Prescott

"oNly QB tO eVER pLAy aGaINsT 32nd rAnK PaSs dEfEnSe" :lmao: :lmao:

Even Cooper Rush is 4-1 against higher ranked defenses because the Defense plays better for Rush:lmao2:

If the routes were ran perfectly and the plays were designed well while Dak was throwing INTs, absolutely I would blame Dak. How could one not? But try to prove Kurt Warner and Cole Beasley wrong. Let's see what you know about the Xs and Os about football...

Never did anything voluntary in any job I ever had. High school football had summer camp every year for 4 weeks. Are you kidding me? At 14-16 years old I was in top physical condition. Those kind of things are there to help you get in shape.
Not surprising.

Cole Beasely also said Buffalo has better facilities than Dallas.

I guess that must be true to.

I dont care about the Xs and Os.

You keep bringing this up. Do you think that Mahomes WRs always run perfect plays and routes? Dak makes some very bad throws at very bad times. I dont care how it happens. Just that it does.

Its not what you do when everything around you is perfect that makes you great. Its what you do when it isnt great that defines you. (Just realized that sounds like a quote from Batman Begins but you get it)

I am not even bashing Dak. I am indifferent at this point, and if he is asking for 60 million he can take a hike.

You are bashing Micah for not showing up to OTAs. Like come on dude. You will die on that hill to prove Micah isnt good. Even though he is literally at the top of every statistic in the NFL since he got drafted. You literally went on record saying "well he didnt beat Trent Williams." as proof of your point. But you will go find video evidence to support the QB. Its nonsensical.

Mahomes makes a lot of off-target throws which his receivers convert for catches as well, but they rarely run the wrong routes. Ours do the opposite many times when Dak commits an INT. Just look at the videos, especially during the playoffs.

Even as a Dak supporter I will say this:

While the performance of other aspects of the team have not been acceptable in the playoffs, Dak Prescott has also been a part of this problem. Maybe this is not a slight against him, because even Troy Aikman looked bad when his receivers were screwing up, the timing based offense was off, etc..

Dak gives the Cowboys the best chance to win right now, but he has not shown he is the type of player that can elevate the rest of the team when it's bogging down. Instead of rising up, Dak plays down there with the rest of them.

I hate to say this but this is what he has to prove to everyone. When the Cowboys are good, Dak is good. When the Cowboys are bad, Dak is bad. We need to see a game or two in crunch time when the Cowboys are bad, Dak puts his "nice guy" persona away, and rises up and gives them a boot to the rearend. And plays better himself too.

I don't know if it's anywhere in the nine pages here but Micah already said he will be back with the team next week.

I know it's best if he was there now but it deserves mention at least.

He wants to make sure he does not miss media days.
