Ramsey was playing with two shoulders that required off season surgeries, against one of the hottest QB/WR combos in the league. Donald is a HOF lock. Ramsey is on track.

What is funny to me regarding the Diggs/Ramsey debate (there really isnt one) The same people who always seem to say "Stats are relative and the eye test also matters" are now using stats to defend Ramsey but not Diggs.

I agree Diggs needs to improve, in 2 season Diggs has 14 ints compared to Ramsey 16 ints in 6 years. Last season Ramsey gave up more completion and Diggs gave up despite the fact Ramsey was targeted less. I do think Ramsey is a top CB in the league but I don't think Diggs is some slob

Correct, you would need to know and understand the coverage to even begin a yardage debate. That's one. Two, how it reflects on 1st downs, FGs & TDs is what matters IF you somehow know all the of the coverage on every play.
There are some that have suggested Diggs is "just a ball hawk" with not so great coverage skills. Find me a player that can put himself into position for a dozen picks a couple TDs that can't cover well.
He's not not a prototypical CB.

If we go by the eye test then it's def. not close between the two.

Diggs does nothing better than Ramsey besides gets INTs.

If you're expecting 10+ INTs from Diggs every year then you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

If you think Ramsey is the best then yeah I think Diggs for a 2nd year player did pretty damn well. I think Diggs showed great hands in picking off 11 and a total of 14 in his 2 year career and Ramsey 15 in his 6 years. I agree Diggs has room for improvement but his play last season was big for this defense. Yards do not mean jack, giving up TD does and Diggs did not give up many of those and helped change games with his big plays

Well. Like you say. Watch the games. Stats dont tell the whole story.

Kazee did blow a lot of coverages which Diggs took the wrath for.

Also. I dont like that TD argument because one of those touchdowns was just an INSANE catch by a giants player lol. Remember that one? Kazee is the reason for almost 100 of those yards in one game my dude. You cant say stats dont tell the whole story for Dak but then use them to tell the whole story for Diggs. Not really fair on your part.
