The Cowboys are not making that trade, but it has nothing to do with free agency, the draft pick, or perceived value. It is 100% about salary and only having the player for 1 year at that big salary before losing him or breaking the bank. Every team has a salary structure. If Ramsey doesn’t fit in our salary structure by position, then no way we’d be able to resign him. We may not like it, but giving up a 3rd rounder for a 1 year rental or resigning Ramsey and possibly not being able to resign Lamb or Diggs or Parsons…..it maybe just doesn’t make sense.

Yeah there were draft picks, not alot imo for a pro bowl player like Ramsey, but what is his salary? THAT is the issue...not that Jerry wouldve done anything anyway.

Ramsey Diggs And Micah is down right scary . . add a Wagner and Mediocre Dak could do His best Trent Dilfer impersonation

Anyone complain about Micah can suck an Egg . . . He is putting His Body on the line and He doesn't like to loose at anything.

If He leaves the team . . . I am going with Him

That’s a very logical and valid take, but I think the frustration from the fan perspective centers around us sitting on the edge of our seats watching other teams make moves such as this. We’re all operating under the same cap ceiling, aren’t we? Other business models have been operating successfully for years right under the nasal cavities of the Jones boys, yet they resist the thought of entertaining even portions of a modus operandi other than their own homegrown, archaic philosophies.

I’m in PA. I can’t get to JJ to slap some sense into him. Will one of you remind him that this upcoming season the NFC is ripe for the taking. The SF QB situation isn’t sound from where I sit, and Philly’s got to deal with their free agent issues, and D-Coordinators will have a year under their belts to decipher the Hurts led offense. I think the window is cracked open just enough to fit through with the proper player acquisitions. C’mon JJ, unleash the “Wild-Catter”.

Someone needs to tell him to stop. I get the whole “free speech” and “push for positive change” stuff, but he should know—-the media will twist and poke and pull EVERYTHING he says to provoke drama, to sensationalize the words of the best player on the most polarizing team—just to get click$. If Parsons said “I like chocolate ice cream”, the media would scream “DID YOU HEAR WHAT PARSONS SAID? HE’S DISSING VANILLA!”

Anything for a negative reaction…

Just play vanilla, like the coaches. Let them call you boring.

Cannot believe people are this sensitive to tweets. Micah talks a lot.

These are literally probably random thoughts he’s posting throughout the day while on the toilet or waiting at a restaurant. Geez.

I just kinda figured there’d be a lot more people saying “why do we care?” or “why are we posting every tweet Micah makes to this forum and starting controversy?” instead of “I’M GETTNG PRETTY SICK OF THIS INDIVIDUAL ON MY FOOTBALL TEAM SAYING THINGS I DON’T LIKE BUT AREN’T REALLY MORALLY OR SOCIALLY OBJECTIONABLE IN ANY WAY ON VARIOUS SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS!!!”
