Yes and Parsons was dealing with an groin injury himself this year (granted not as severe as a tear).

People will make this out to be a bigger deal than it really is. Most players in this league consider it a brotherhood of sorts and when not playing, they'll pull for guys they like. Parsons respects Johnson. No skin off my butt but I am sure some of the insecure fans here will have a big problem with it.

If Micah would say “too bad for Johnson that’s the way it goes” in deference to Johnson’s injury, he’d be the bad guy. He shows respect for a colleague and on this forum he’s still a bad guy. That’s the sort of attitude that will make him want to play for someone else. Eagles won’t be able to afford him when he’s available, but some team might. Harrisburg, PA is Steelers and Ravens country.

I'm fine with this. Johnson has a tear in his abdominal wall that ripped open more during the cowboy's game. I don't know how he and the Eagles are managing this, but they are doing a good job. Micah’s had the same issue, and he knows how painful it is. Johnson stoned Bosa, and played a good game against a dominant front. You just have to tip your cap to Johnson even if you hate the Eagles.

Honestly, I'm not mad. 1. Rivalries don't matter to the players. It's mainly a fan thing. 2. Micah is from PA. 3. He's still the best defencive player that we've had in a long time. It's not uncommon anymore for players of division teams to be good friends with each other.
