Jean Lafitte was a pirate in the Gulf of Mexico and is still considered a great American in standing...enough said!

Reckon it will go from a one on one battle, to a tag team match with Skip and Michael as pro-Cowboys and Sherman/Keyshawn as the anti-Cowboys. Keyshawn can have his mind controlled with some paper while the Playmaker would be beside himself if he had to give up his Cowboys love. Anyway, another of the shows i don't watch and i am better for it. The remote control is a powerful thing.
How many episodes do they get through before Irvin backhands Skip?

I'm actually surprised Sharpe never did. Lord knows he wanted to.

What did we do as an audience to deserve this sentence?

Someone clearly lost a wager and was saddled with putting this band of misfits together.

For the first time ever, Keyshawn bears the mantle of being the voice of reason.
Keyshawn has matured, though.

Watching Skip or Stephen A. Smith and getting upset is like watching The Walking Dead and being mad their are zombies in it.
Skip pretty much is a zombie and clown mixed. Stephen A is a slightly more energetic zombie clown.

I have a glorious vision of Michael knocking Stephen A. the F#$k out. "DEBO"!!!!!!
You know that would never happen. They are pals.

I'm predicting it now, though. Irvin will eventually slap Skip.

Watch.

Not sure who would win. I hear Skip was a great basketball player in high school.

What a joke!

Today's women are bigger players than men!!!

Wake up, G.
Defending a womanizer like Irvin isn’t very noble.

I’d guess if he wasn’t a very popular Cowboy player most here wouid be bashing him. I’d imagine we are the only fan site with any support for his history of conflict with women , drugs and the law.

As fans we can separate our appreciation and admiration of his days wearing the Star on his helmet versus his very poor off field conduct.

What did your investigation uncover?

I thought this wasn’t proven? Maybe I missed it. What’s the conclusion and the evidence?
Draw your own conclusions but the NFLN drew theirs after the investigation which I’d be more apt to follow than a jock with a history of womanizing.

We loved Michael as a Cowboy , not so much as a man.

Got it it Judge @Diehardblues

“his status with NFL Network remains unresolved,” per the article.

What do you know that they don’t?

Fox seems ok with him. Wonder if they investigated more or less than you?

NFLN felt strong enough to suspend Irvin’s services after their investigation. Many of these type of misconduct or misbehavior in workplaces are unresolved but enough to take action against the accused.

If this had been against a personality without any history I might be more inclined to reconsider. I really doubt there are many fans beyond the Cowboys who are more sympathetic or supportive of Irvin.

That’s what I thought, but @Diehardblues convicted him a while back and I’d like to know what he thinks he knows.
Where there’s fire, there is usually smoke. I had hoped he’d turned the corner but it appears he’s unable to curb his personal conduct.

Which at least in this case isn’t criminal but when a pattern persist over time with multiple run-ins with the law , etc you’d think someone like Irvin wouldn’t place himself in this position.

We can still admire and adore the career he had with Dallas while shunning him personally. He’s not the first Cowboy with questionable off field behavior. Just one of the most popular.

Irvin did what wrong exactly? I haven't seen what his misdeed was yet. You're strongly implying he did something unlawful in some way. Show us. Is there a confession signed? Any docs to back up what your saying would be nice.
