I might give them Free for Meachem but there is no way that he's enough to make me give up Choice.

Choice for Colston I'd maybe consider.....

Good grief man, what are you smoking? Colston is a beast and would be a huge upgrade for us. I love Choice, but come on now, be serious.

But we digress........

Going to any of the games SP?

I'm hitting up tomorrow's game. I'll be sure to tell Fedorov that you approve of his game 7 heroics.

How the hell did you get tickets, man? I was trying, but after the season ticket holders sale they were all gone. I guess it's off to stubhub or ebay. It's looking like I can work it for game 2, if I can get tickets without selling my kidney.

SERGEI!!!!!!!!!! That was incredible. Made up for last season's OT bummer.

If he truly is available, I would certainly look into trading for Meachem.

That said, trading Choice is out of the question.

I think he has the best skillset of all three Dallas running backs.

The Saints run a 4-3, Carpenter's best chance would probably come in a WLB role there.

Trading one disappointing 1st round draft pick for another would allow both teams to save a bit of face.

you actually favor a Dallas Cowboy? holy ****

The owner of the snowboard company I work for has Season tickets. Since I'm the employee with the greatest love affair for the caps, I get first dibs. :D

I was at every home playoff game in '95, but I haven't been to a playoff game since....I'm super stoked.

My nerves were frayed beyond belief until Fedorov hit that wrist shot. How clutch was that! A flyer repeat would have crushed me.

This team is a living, breathing heart attack waiting to happen for it's fans...

Sergei Fedorove must be 50 years old

I remember he used to play for the Red Wings, and I remember him from way back to '94

So, I'm just going to throw this out there, but hook me up, fool!!!!!! If you need someone to go with you tomorrow and buy your beer in gratitude for a sweet ticket, then I'm there.

I tried so hard to get tickets for game 7, just couldn't pull it off. I can't imagine having been there live. That place blew it's top when Sergei lit it.

I think the biggest thing is that OV needs to calm down and let the offense come to him. In every game where it seemed like he was trying to do it all, they could barely get the puck in the offensive zone when he was on the ice. And they lost those games, too. He did it in game 7, too, but Varlamov was on fire.

So yeah, get me in the gate, punk. :D

I agree about Ovie...he's been unstoppable...but different. We're going to need the regular season player back if we want to beat pretty-boy Crosby and company. Varlamov is my new hero...I couldn't imagine that sort of pressure now....nevermind at the age of 21.

Check your PM's.

I love Choice but he needs to do a repeat before I annoint him. There's nothing wrong with three backs in this league now. And it may prove a problem to keep them all at some point.

But Choice is not worth more than a second at this point and to even get that with his limited play last year would be difficult IMO. But I wouldn't trade him for Meachum until we see what he can do with more touches.

Trading Carpenter for Meachum could be a problem for us now if we are actually counting on Carp to play the cover LB in special packages. Not saying we are but if so then we would not likely trade him for a questionable WR when we have no proven cover LB. Again that assumes we think he's the player to do that for us.
