We had a couple of people on this site complaining (very recently) that he had not been promoted onto the "real" team.

I was thinking "what have they seen that the coaches haven't?" and that the odds were higher of him getting DEmoted off the practice squad.

It's a numbers game, and nothing against him really.
He'll get another shot.
