yea what all the “dak hater” have been saying

he can be a good qb if every thing around him is perfect but that is almost impossible when he is taking up 20% of the salary cap
Wasn’t said at all. But sure thing.

Remember when Jesus I mean mahomes had no OL on the SB? Every single QB needs an OL. Why is this so hard to comprehend for people?

1. Carson Wentz is Better:facepalm:

2. Dak was Carried by Romo's 2016 "Team"

3. Dak can't break 200 yards Passing Dink and Dunk Era

4. Dak is Not worth an EARNED Market Value QB contract

5. Cowboys can't build a Playoff Contender around Top QB contract.

6. Andy Dalton is the Same

7. Cooper Rush has better "Win Rate" after 6 Starts in 6 Seasons :muttley:

Martz proved two main things that I've been saying for the longest.

1. Kellen Moore wasn't intelligent enough. His in-game awareness to situational football was trash.

2. He silenced all the low IQ Dak hating cowards on the planet who tried to place all blame on Dak for losses. Now I'm ready to hear one of the low IQ cowardly crew who said Dak is a below average quarterback to sit here and tell me they know more about evaluating and coaching quarterback talent at the NFL level than Martz.

I'll wait....
It’s such a myth that there are a ton of “low IQ Dak hating cowards” who place “ALL the blame” on Dak. They are as bad as you low IQ “Dak walks on water “ people who don’t think he deserves about half of the blame!!!There aren’t a ton of y’all either. The problem is, your side and their side are so extreme it makes us all look bad!!!

I keep going back to receivers coach Robert Prince. He was brought in last year, I would think due to his Boise/Kellen Moore connections.

And the receivers had one of their worst years in a long time, taking a big step back. Martz repeatedly noted that the issues he saw were with the receivers.

I have to wonder, with Moore now gone, and clearly a bad year for the group, why is Prince still here?

See that's just the problem. I've never looked at as "he walks on water". I view Dak as pretty good quarterback, definitely not elite.

And yes, Dak has played bad at times when we needed him to shine and he gets his fair share of the blame..... but just like Martz said, it not ALL on him.

I noticed you called me personally "low IQ". That's funny because I've never insulted you personally, but thank you and I really appreciate you for proving my point on the typical example of a "low IQ Dak hating coward". You definitely fit the description lil guy!!

Hope you all are wearing protection during this thread …. you all way too excited. We might need a Cowherd video to bring you all back down a bit.

Who's more qualified to speak on, evaluate NFL quarterbacks and the functioning of the offense and its moving parts..... Cowherd or Martz?

Which one of those guys credibility holds the most weight in NFL quarterbacking? Exactly... so your Cowherd video means what again?

Hope he's right about McCarthy I've always felt that he was a good hire at HC. I also liked his comment about the smaller LBs and the running game. If you look at the offensive lineman we've shown interest in it's power guys with a mean streak. Two years ago the 49ers pushed us around in the playoffs and in last years draft Jerry said MM kept nudging him and reminding him of that. Last year we didn't get pushed around quite as much, we're learning and adapting.

hard to judge when you took cooper, ced, turner, jarwin off this team at the same moment the other changes were made and gallup wasn't 100% so Brown was a #2 instead of a 4, tolbert never developed, the OL didnt block well, didnt open holes against the better defenses and that made us one dimensional ie no run game against the 9ers twice and the rams all 3 playoff losses.. that means they could play max coverage, not much blitzing and use minimal DL..

there are a lot of other issues that led to a slight downturn in last years passing numbers...Moore was the scapegoat but also the common denominator. It wasn't any one issue was a bunch of small cuts and slow bleed out. yet we still won 12 games got to the 2nd round. not going to overly focus on the wr coach instead i see us starting with Cooper, Gallup and cooks vs what we had last year and a different OC, tweak the play schemes, and Play calling approach could help a lot.

but the fastest way to fix this is more physical OL and better run game in the playoffs. something the 90s teams and Aikman always had..its what's missing. Aikman never had to play without 22 being here focus and always bringing his A game along with Moose(fb) and that OL.. yet Daks asked to play one dimensional ball or be hated and trolled..

Real good listen. All the way around including the questions and statements they had him respond to. Most of the moronic posts insulting the intellect of those that disagree with Martz just waters down the actual interview which was excellent. The agendas here are so tiring. Anyone trying to capture and classify the intellect of others is if nothing else, shining a mirror on the very intellect of the poster themself.

I would choose Hurts and even Jackson over Dak but this interview gives me pause. Most interesting part is his description of Kellen calling plays but trying to capture what McCarthy wants and that it will be better because all of the details and intention behind what McCarthy wants will now be communicated and reflected directly in Dak’s decision-making. I Will probably listen to it again.

Martz is a big fan of Dak clearly and I got no problem with it. There’s plenty to like.
Thanks to the OP for sharing it.

Marino Sucked. he never won a superbowl. Dilfer won a superbowl, Dilfer is great.

results!?
Surely common sense has to come into play. Some people just lack it

A 7 year sample size of results should tell anybody with common sense that Dak is mediocrity personified

This is what I've been saying several times since last season ended and the purge of coaches started. Why wasn't this WRs coach (Robert Prince) not fired when it clearly was his WRs group that looked so bad and hurt our team?

I'm sick and tired of the buddy-buddy system in Dallas. This guy should have been one of the first coaches fired!

Lmao! Dak haters leaning on Cowturd's player evaluation on Dak over Mike Martz's??? These are the posters who seriously lower the IQ level of this forum and create fights. Everyone knows there is no better evaluator of QBs than Coach Mike Martz! Yet, these trolls side with Cowturd? SMH

Could be but also there is the factor of what the OC is telling the WR coach to teach and who the players are....There is a reason KM's system worked against bad to good defenses but had trouble unlocking defenses that could take weapons away. Prince may be a side affect of KM's system, football plays "Execution" revolves around all 11 guys being on the same page on what the play is suppose to do, you throw 4 option routes into that and the % of mess ups will go way up no matter who the players are.
