That is my thing. The coaches he has brought in seem to do well. It's the holdovers from Garrett's tenure that are being replaced.

No, that’s not accurate. Jason Garrett chose to hire Paul Alexander over Mike Solari.

Because alexander was his buddy. Hit him when he was fired from the bengals. He let our O-Line coach go after his contract expired. Ended up fired and brought in Colombo.

Big Mike is the defacto OC, so all these other guys are just assistants with titles only.

Yep, if you connect the dots this almost guarantees that Marty's boy is our next OC.

I hate this hire, they should of gotten more of a modern OL coach who excels in today's concepts, not one 30 years ago. Solari has always been a good coach, but he is totally old schooled.

Blocking schemes really have not changed that much so experience in coaching the different schemes is what is valuable to teams.

That is why most OL coaches around the league are not in their 30s, they are typically much older.

Yeah. We essentially’traded’ Frank Pollack for Paul Alexander. Pollack still coaches in Cincinnati. Alexander didn’t last a full season and never coached in the pros again.

You forgot to say he sucks get in early it is going to happen it has kinda started already and he looks fat Plus Dak who also is fat has a contract that cost him money

McCarthy will be the real OC now. Brian Schottenheimer probably gets the OC title and is already on staff. Solari has worked with them both.
