The whole Johnny Manziel and Romo "thing" has got me so tired of one thing people say, that Romo is not a leader. We are talking about a guy that didn't play at top college and was told "No" the draft, came true went undrafted. Signed to the Cowboys as a UFA with some good traits and tools but unified. Worked to get better and sticked around, despite people still say "No"......okay will stop here Tony has been told "No" his entire NFL career. He goes on to steal the job from the famous backup QB maker Bledsoe, Now think about that? A small school guy going undrafted to being the starting QB of THE DALLAS COWBOYS! that is already a hell of accomplishment and Tony could have called it quits then but thats not his style. Instead this guy decided to work hard and improve fundamentals and and weaknesses.
Flash forward we have a guy that did improve every year and go on to be THE DALLAS COWBOYS! all time leading passer along with many NFL/Cowboys records.....what? Thats crazy. With that comes THE MONEY! but a guy who works hard, a overachiever, has drive and has accomplished all he has. You can honestly sit here and say guys will not listen to him, that he can't lead? That type of attitude doesn't spread? Say he sucks(I would disagree) say he's not clutch, stats say he's money year in and out down in the fourth quarter but "cluth" is a different definition with everyone so I'll leave that be. Just please never question if his ability to lead or his toughness.
Right now I bet if you asked people if Tony can win a SuperBowl a ton of people would say "No", but if you ask me it's just another thing for Mr.Romo to prove wrong again. I think he has everything necessary to get to the next level go get that trophy. So in honor of the QB I believe is ready to get there, I'm putting on my rose colored contacts/glasses, drinking some kool aid, and cheerlead in my sunny outlook on the teams and it's direction.

Up....thats it good bye. jk but first lets go back to last year, the team had bad luck. Ratliff, injuries, Cowboys didn't get many favors, a plain description is also the Cowboys did not play so well and plan well for all the injuries despite the bizarre bad luck in that department. *Puts on rose colored glasses [insert either DealWithIt or CSI theme here] I'm gonna find the silver lining. One, the Cowboys played hard. Two, Cowboys got to churn/tryout alot of guys and get some young guys some experience. Three, learned what it takes to win with a down roster and difficult situations. Now the Draft/FA's, the team has been great here the last few years IMO.......RKG?? Means going after hardworking, driven, hardhitting, tough, leadership, get after it FOOTBALL!! players / with talent. *Takes a sip...........and if you ask me, thats how you build a team.
As we keep building I believe we can get there, and faster then some believe, get lucky and watch what we can do next year alone, but we will get there soon if we KEEP improving as a whole organization IMO. Garrett is ready, Tony is ready. Romo/Garrett/McClay all don't care about "No" and I'm riding that train all the way baby.

It was either that or give me fragments of war and peace

So to long and boring, plus bad punctuation. I guess I could write others that no one will read and hide none "family friendly" stuff in there and get away with it lol

No, I just stop reading when manziel is involved.

And the sentence structure reminds me of recess.

Be as long as you want, just be entertaining

It had nothing to do with Manziel.

Got nothing on the other

I haven't heard that he is not a leader in a long time. Just that he is a choker. He is a leader, is not a choker and the ingnorance of both suggestions is no longer worth troubling oneself over.

when on a rant I guess punctuation is not exactly a priority. Still cool though

There's nothing you can say to get the "choker" crowd to put down their pitchforks.

They've always held onto those very limited bad plays as if it was their lifeblood to hatred entitlement.

It's like Staubach said after the Denver game last year; that he finally realized there were some out there that would never let up...even when the team lost after scoring 48 pts and punting one time, the QB had 500 yards, 5 TDs and only 1int. That one int would erase all the greatness and even the 51 points given up by the defense.

Most QBs will never have one game in their lives where they played or dreamed of playing that well, yet somehow there where some who blamed the loss on him.

Flat earthers. People that dumb can't be reasoned with.

This may be one of the best, if not thee best, description of the unreasonable Romo hate that exists at this point in time.

Even if Romo does win a Superbowl I'm sure this garbage won't completely go away.

Of course this depends on what side of the fence you are sitting on.

I would admit that I was wrong about him and move on. I really have no worries about that happening though.
