I love seeing managers mis-manage games because they overthink and follow "tradition". Greinke was throwing a great game and only had like 70 pitches. But, I hardly even watch baseball and I know Cole was the best pitcher in the pen. He's a high quality starter in any rotation. He had his jacket on after warming up. Harris comes in and just gets donked.

Even if you think Greinke should have been taken out, which I don't, thinking you can't bring in your best pitcher because it's the middle of the inning is pants on head dumb.

The traditional thinking of taking Greinke out there was probably stupid too. I could see it if he had like 90 pitches. But, this was his game.

Suck it 'stros.

Like I said earlier, whenever Rendon and Soto are hitting the Nats are very difficult to beat. They just pump up the rest of the team. Almost better walking those guys.
