Agree, I think Mayfield had a good argument. He had a receiver over there, looked like the hit made the throw go errant.

they didn't call it because the defender did graze his arm when he was pulling it back but he was able to do the complete release untouched.

It was 100% a forward pass and since the defender only grazed the forearm he can't claim that it was a tipped ball
