Well if you've never seen Bryan Danielson work on the indys, you won't understand.

The guy is awe-inspiring, and the fact that Michael's trained him only makes him greater than he already is, which is great.

No offense bud.. but its you that doesn't understand.

No one is saying he isn't a good wrestler. Clearly he must be, beacuse that's the only thing keeping him in the WWE at all. He has no personality, no charisma, nothing that makes himself stand out or draw much interest from fans.

That's why he has no chance of facing Taker.. NO CHANCE.

He showed great personality and promise as "Mr.ROH", he had a unique charisma around him. In WWE he hasn't shown enough yet, but he is misfit in WWE. He would be better fit back in ROH, or in TNA.

At least you understand that in the WWE he hasn't shown anything to stand out.

Shawn will do another match, just a matter of time.

and if Taker wanted a 5star match the only 5 people that work in the U.S that could provide it to him are Shawn Michaels, Bryan Danielson, Kurt Angle, Chris Jericho or AJ Styles. They are the 5 best in ring workers in the US. In that order, pretty much.

I actually don't think Shawn will do another match. I think he's done.

Bryan is a really good wrestler, I agree with you there as I've said before, but he will not ever be main eventing a WM with Taker cause as a couple others already pointed out he has zero personality and it will keep him from getting over to that level in WWE. Really good in-ring stuff with zero personality and he gets next to no reaction at all.

He would fit better in ROH, where he was, where character and personality aren't as important cause they're not trying to sell ratings and buy rates to the masses. That's why a guy like him can really get over in ROH but won't be much more than a mid card guy in WWE. Mic skills are simply too important to getting over in the main stream.

And the fact that you left HHH out, as if he is incapable of having 5 star matches, is idiotic. Same with Punk. If you don't think Punk could put on a hell of a show with Taker then you're crazy. In fact something with Punk would sell 5x what something with AJ would in a feud with Taker cause Punk has personality and mic skills.

Please..don't talk down to me. I've been a fan of wrestling for more years than you've been on the earth. I understand wrestling...I understand how over a wrestler is or isn't. I've seen him on TV and he gets no reaction. The odds of him working a main event with Taker are probably nil at the moment. He doesn't have much personality....or let me say this it doesn't translate over the TV screen at the moment.

Just because Shawn trained him means nothing if he himself isn't exciting and he isn't. Yet..perhaps he will be in the future but he's certainly nothing to draw fans in. And while we're at it..how is this for you....Taker trained Kane but Kane/Glenn only made it because HE had what it took to be a viable performer. HHH has worked with Sheamus. Wrestlers make it because of WHO THEY ARE not who trains them...
This is brilliant.

AJ v. Taker would pop a bigger buy rate because TNA has quite a bit of fans that would buy that wouldn't buy if it was Punk v. Taker, although now that you mention it i'd love to see a Punk vs Taker feud before Taker hangs it up.

Punk, yea he would probably come in after those 5, Triple H is probably top 10 too but he's not the greatest technical wrestler, but he can put on a great match really knows how to develop a story in a match.

Undertaker wrestling a jobber would not produce excitement.

It needs to be someone from the big leagues.

So, one of the talentless people that Vince tells you is good, rather than a world-class wrestler?

Define everyone

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pro_Wrestling_Illustrated

You mean the largest wrestling magazine, which ranks him as the #1 wrestler in the world based on a combination of Wrestling, Promos, Drawing ability and pretty much everything that matters? I'd love to see how you disregard that by saying AJ should be on houseshows if he is regarded as the #1 wrestler in the world?

he's 16, whats your excuse?
honestly thread after thread of the 2 of you arguing the same bloody thing constantly. think most folk have got that you think tna is not worth anything and he hates del rio and the miz, does it honestly need to be rehashed for 5 pages any time the word wrestling is mentioned?

NFL offseason + lockout, if they don't go at it there's literally nothing to talk about until the draft :laugh2:

Thats correct about HHH. he is great at things other than the technical, know how to do a million moves, stuff. He's great at the stuff that I often find very under-rated in wrestling.

Developing a story in the match is one of the things that I actually always did think Bret Hart was great at.

And lets not be crazy here people. AJ vs. Taker wouldn't be a houseshow match. If the WWE brought him in as AJ Styles he would be more than house show fodder at this point.

He would not, however, ever be the choice to face Taker in a WM match. Sorry R2A but he just wouldn't have that kind of pull at this point to be worthy of a match with Taker on the biggest stage.

IMO HHH and HBK are the best at developing the story of the match, especially when HHH is playing the heel he is great at it.

and AJ vs Taker could main event a Mania if in this fantasy world WWE bought TNA and did another invasion storyline, it'd be TNA's biggest star vs WWE's biggest star. Although in that case it'd probably be Styles vs Cena, but Styles vs Taker would probably be discussed aswell as the main feud in this fictional "invasion".

If that scenario arises where WWE buys out TNA(the only way I see Styles going to WWE, he has a job for life with TNA, he's the most over performer in the company and he's a permanent main eventer. He also works alot less dates than he would with WWE & makes probably makes more money than he would going to WWE, I don't think Vince would make the same mistake twice as just using an invasion to stroke his ego, I believe it'd probably be a 2 year feud thats highly entertaining. It'd draw a ton of money if done right, they left alot on the table with the WCW/ECW invasion.
