Pro Football Focus (which isn't the end all be all, I know some fans hate anything to do with the site) has a section called Signature Stats that lets you look at a variety of things.
With OTs, the Signature stat is Pass Blocking Efficiency (PBE), which measures pressures (sacks, hits, hurries) allowed on a per snap basis.
Jermey Parnell has the highest grade on the team.
Sadly, there isn't any rushing category in these stats.
I'm a Parnell fan and I have no problem admitting his run blocking hasn't met my expectations, especially the last game against Philadelphia.
I liked what he did in Seattle, but that was just a handful of plays and their defense was gassed by that point. I thought Parnell did a good job the following week in his first start against the Giants. He had some great blocks in the running game, including one play where he came inside and made a diving block to spring DeMarco Murray.
I didn't like his run blocking in the Washington game, but they were blitzing like crazy, hellbent on stopping the run.
The Arizona game was worse, but it would be wrong to not credit their defense for how they played.
And he just wasn't aggressive in the second half against the Eagles last Sunday night.
I'm hoping for better tomorrow afternoon.
