In recent years, who cares the blame for decisions this organization has made, in terms of our lack of success. Would you blame Jerry or is it more so Stephen these days? Please give your thoughts

You have a bunch of non-football guys who call/consider themselves “football guys” who will throw money at average/declining players, or let them go for peanuts; won’t go out and bring in FAs who can make a difference; waste early round draft picks; hire retread coaches with no innovation, or fresh ideas. This organization is a poor example of how a football organization should be run from top-to-bottom.
The only great thing Jerry has done is kept the Cowboys relevant after 28 years of mediocrity.

lol how are the players or even coaches to blame when we've had these EXACT same results for 30 years?

Remember when Dez Bryant was the problem? Tony Romo? Demarcus Ware until he won a Superbowl elsewhere? Martellus Bennett until he won a Superbowl elsewhere?

This is Jerry's ship. He refuses to hire a GM so he's 'at fault'. Stephen is looking like a mini-Jerry because he's not pushing for a GM either, but ultimately what we're seeing is Jerry playing live madden.

No combination of players is going to win under the soft culture and coaching that the Jones boys will bring in here. 30 years is plenty of evidence of that.

These guys love to make money, but are tight with spending it

Notice how there is always some implied doubt concerning Jerry Jones' accountability? Like he is held within a warm, fortified, bubble of comfort? The same thing does not necessarily occur within other forms of business.

A baby carrier is defective. Factory workers are directly responsible but public attention focuses on the CEO of the company for producing defective baby carriers.

A police-involving shooting occurs. The officer, who pulled the trigger, is directly responsible but the chief of policer is brought under extreme scruntity.

A bank branch fails. Bank employees could have worked better to avoid the collapse but the bank manager's feet is held to the fire.

A pension hedge fund goes insolvent. Brokers knew the investment was not reliable and sold it anyway but the SEC puts the fund's manager under the microscope.

A teacher smacks a student upside the head during class. The teacher was swinging for the fences but the school superintendent gets dozens of angry emails.

A pothole is cracking tire rims left-and-right. The road crew just 'fixed' it five weeks ago but it is the city highway manager's phone ringing all day long.

A jet's engine catches on fire before the plane takes off. Maintenance reviewed and cleared the engine for use but the airline chairman is taking questions during the press conference following the incident.

The list goes on. Meanwhile, at the Super Friends' Great Hall of Justice questions arise (for some wild reason) of who is more to blame:

A. The Owner, President and General Manager (of football operations) or
B. A DNA Kid

According to Brian Broadus on 105.3 the fan, this is now Stephen's team. JJ at 81 years old has given his son the reigns to the pony over the past several years now. So......another 30 years of mediocrity coming right up.

Jerry, by a mile. Jerry has control over what Stephanie does.

My thoughts are, we all know Jerry is the constant. Do we really need to keep asking the same question over and over and over and over etc.
Please share your thoughts.
