Use a non-stick frying pan, a recipe from Cooks.com. (Some good ones there) and keep the batter thin.

Morning Pops and a good sunday morning to everyone.

It is COLD here in upstate NY. The dog and I froze our butts off at camp but we both loved every minute of it. Fish weren't biting but didn't do a whole lot of fishing as it rained 90% of the time. Lot to be said for alone time with your dog in the woods though.

Happy Mothers Day to all you moms out there. Thanks for everything. Have a great day.

Happy Mother's Day all you Mom's out there!

OK, made up the crepe batter last night. Bough all the stuff needed. Going to get started now. Got the Corn Beef Hash cooking slow all night. Getting ready to start shreading it and boiling the potatos. Once that's done, I can throw a little olive oil in the pan, fry up the diced potatoes, Corned Beef and we got Corn Beef Hash. Fixing Hot biscutes with Marmalade, which is also one of Momma's favorites.

Wish me luck Fellas.
