OK, made up the crepe batter last night. Bough all the stuff needed. Going to get started now. Got the Corn Beef Hash cooking slow all night. Getting ready to start shreading it and boiling the potatos. Once that's done, I can throw a little olive oil in the pan, fry up the diced potatoes, Corned Beef and we got Corn Beef Hash. Fixing Hot biscutes with Marmalade, which is also one of Momma's favorites.

Good afternoon Cbz and to all you Mother's Day celebrators. ABQ, I can relate. I did the preamble to Mother's Day by preparing a Salmon marinade and a chocolate mousse cake last night. Rice Pilaf is next. I've been slaving over a hot stove all day and nobody appreciates me. (sniff)

Wow, that sounds great Phil. I doubt I could get something like that done without starting the house on fire.

Yep, I hear ya. Breakfast, eerrr...... lunch went well. Everybody liked the food so that was good but pretty soon, everybody got up and there I was with all the dishes. Had to run down the kids from every hiding spot in the neighborhood to get them back to the house to help with the clean up.

Put the 7 bone roast in about an hour ago. Got garlic cheese mashed potatos, fresh Green Beans with bacon and almonds, Garden Salad and Sauted Mushrooms for Dinner. Bake up some brownies with pecans, ice cream and chocolate syrup for dessert.

Once again, the children have gone missing.
