FEATURED Morning Pops!

Godd morning, Cbz and the same to all present or not. We're getting steady rain and temps in the 60's. It will warm up in the next day or so.

Ologan, I extend all my best Karma to your community garden. It sounds like a labour of love.

Bob, Will Lowe scored an 87 at the finals last night (I thought it was a great ride), but he finished fourth at Calgary. There were good cowboys and great stock at this year's rodeo. He could just as easily have won it on another ride.He did go home with $10,000 for his efforts.

You folks have another cup (except Leon. He needs a nap) and have a great day.:D

The cat says Hi. We brought him with us from Hawaii when we moved. He is a direct descendant of King Kameowmeow.
:laugh2:

Glad I capitalized the C in "Leon's Cat." Wouldn't want to be guilty of having inadvertently offended royalty.

Morning Pops and a good Tuesday morning to all.

The heat index today is suppose to be 105! They are talking about closing work. Wouldn't that be terrible!

You folks stay outta the heat - especially you really old timers like Yeags.

Have a great day ahead! :)

I know how you feel. I'm having the 350 engine rebuilt in my "55 chevy ragtop. They've had it for over a month; having problems getting the parts we wanted for it. I'm ready to go pick it up and tell them to stuff it.

By the way, I loved the Superbees.

He's had the Superbee for a year now. Which really isn't unusual for a painter despite their insistence it'll be ready in a couple of months. If you hurry them they'll give you the car back with paint on it but you'll have to repaint it shortly because they won't prep it properly.

Morning Weldon and all. We got a break in the weather yesterday Sarge. They said we got to 90 yesterday but I don't believe it. Felt high 70s low 80s to me and overcast all day. My garden and I appreciated it. Supposed to be about the same today with 50% chance of rain which we need.

All have a great day.

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas and Kristie. Morning to all who might stop in this way.

Well, been out here on the East Coast the past few days. Where's all this rain I've been hearing about?

Everybody, have a great day!

:)

Morning Pops. Morning Guys and Kristie.

Hope Wednesday finds you all in good spirits and the rest of the day plays out in your favor.

Morning Pops ---To the rest " All Hope Abandon Ye who enter the fanzone " and have a good day.:D

Good morning, Cbz and good morning to all Zoners. I've been a tad busy, but I'm here today. It's the local parade day for the community I work in (Red Deer, Alberta) but for once, I'm not in it!;)

Sarge, my son gave me news yesterday that should warm your heat. He had been to a local grog shop and informed me that there;s a new beer in town that is favoured by "Rednecks and Hipsters" called "Pabst". Upon further inquiry, I found out that that it's PBR and it is only available in 15 packs. Sarge, I had no idea that you were part of the "Hipster" crowd.
I found this definition:
"take your grandmother's sweater and Bob Dylan's Wayfarers, add jean shorts, Converse All-Stars and a can of Pabst and bam — hipster."

That might have been referring to the famale version of the genre, but even considering a gender shift, I'm having trouble envisioning you in your skinny jeans, having your chest hair shaved and wearing a fashionable scarf. ;)
As a result, I'm struggling to see where I fit along the PBR continuum. I will await your advice on this important issue. I wouldn't want to drink this fine beverage for the wrong reason.

Everybody have a great day.:D

Howdy Phil!

Whatsa hipster? I wear camouflage pants/shorts and t-shirts. That is it. I don't shave my chest cause I don't own a razor.

Ya, I have jeans, but I only wear them for weddings and such. 15 pack? Never heard of it. 30 pack - now you're talking...

I am glad to see PBR is gaining traction. Perhaps I'm a trend setter?

Nah. ;)
