Morning Cbz. Morning Sarge. It sounds like you fall more into the "redneck category". That's my kind of guy! Morning everyone. I hope Y'all have a great day. Today is my wife's and my 43rd wedding anniversary. I don't know how she put up with me all these years.

Leon, Happy Anniversary to you and your wife my friend. I hope that you have a little something cooked up today or for the weekend. Whatever it might be, enjoy!
Everybody, gotta go to work. Last day of work out here in the East and then I fly home tomorrow. I always look forward to that. It's nice when you get home to Albuquerque. It's hot and I expect I will have plenty of family stuff I need to do but when I drive home and I see the Mountains there, it always makes me feel pretty good.

Good morning, Cbz and good morning, Zoners. Sarge, I don't believe that you fall into any one of the labels that get thrown out there. You are unique, as are all Zoners. Leon, be careful with that whole "Redneck" thing. Think "Deliverance". BTW, Happy Anniversary. Did you make plans? A trip to the spa, with a hot rocks massage and a pedicure can work wonders. Giving her the same thing would be good too.
If anybody needs to cool off, c'mon up here. We're getting temps in the mid-high 70's. I watched the U.S. News on several channels and am concerned about the heat and lack of moisture, particularly in the Corn Belt and in a large chunk of Texas. I knew it was bad. I didn't know it was this bad.

Afternoon Pops --Afternoon everyone ---send rain and cool Phil....To dusty to drive to your place. Just bought 4 more tons of hay...Trying to get enough stockpiled where I don't have to buy it this winter when the price will double. Its high enough and may get worse if it doesn't start raining...We are roping in the mornings -pickin the garden and canning until 4 and then I'm off for the day ...

Morning all. Actually late night for me. Haha. Just got back from Dark Knight Rises. Excellent movie, especially of you liked the first two.
Everything is going great here. Have a few more weeks of grad school to get through. I have an interview with the Frisco RoughRiders Tuesday that I'm hoping good things for.

Eric, congrats on being near the end of school and good luck on the upcoming interview. Let's pray for the families of those watching the Rise of the Dark Knight in a Colorado theater last night when a gunman opened fire on them. Many were killed and wounded.

Strange,but just got an email from a friend in town who said he heard on the scanner of a rattler bite in the county....The second in a couple of weeks. We go for years with not even a mention of seeing one,and then two in a row. Gotta keep my eyes open in the garden!

- Tragic news re: the CO movie theater shootings, Leon. Woke up to read/ catch up on that. Sad. Senseless.
- Have a safe return trip home, ABQ.

Leon, my oldest son went to a midnight showing of that movie last night and this morning's news left me cold. My thoughts are with the victims and their families. What a completely senseless crime.
Ologan, prepare the Rattlesnake stew recipe. Seriously, take care and watch and listen.
ABQ, get home safely.
Sarge, I have a party to go to tomorrow night. PBR maybe making an appearance. Heineken and Guiness definitely will.

It's supposed to be sunny tomorrow and I have my last parade of the season set for a little town south east of me. The kilt will go to the drycleaners after that.
