FEATURED Morning Pops!

Good morning, Cbz and good morning, Zoners. Leon, I told my wife about how you used your walk-in closet for a storm shelter and she is using that as justification for getting one in our house. I told her that she already has one in the form of the spare bedroom. When our youngest moves out, she'll get another one. She was not impressed. Have a great day, everybody.:D

Afternoon Pops. Fellas, I'm late but I'm in before the wire. Hope everybody is doing well today.

Here's my Friday lyrics:

"It's finally Friday I'm free again
I got my motor running for a wild weekend
It's finally Friday I'm out of control
Forget the working blues and let the good times roll"

Everybody, have a great weekend!

:)

That's the trouble with women. They don't understand our logic. I'd hate to try to live without them, though.:D

Morning Pop's and all set to enjoy a little down time.

Don't worry, Leon. That's about where I shoot, although I did get an eagle last week....first in years! Also holed a 50 yard pitch to save par on the hole in the same round. Didn't matter......still shot mid 90's!

Morning Pops and Zoners. Welcome to the weekend!

Let me know if you are going to be in these parts. We'll swig Dr. Peppers (or an alternate beverage of your choice) and take a few divots out of the fairways.

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas, hope everybody is great today.

It's my Wife's and my Anniversary today. Figured we go out, get a nice bite. I love Cajun food and my Wife loves Crab Cakes so about the best we can do around here is Pappadeaux. Maybe go out and do a little dancing like we used to do when we were younger. Anyhow, in light of this, I think we'll go with this for the Saturday Song.

Well I never have wandered down to New Orleans
Never have drifted down a bayou stream
But I heard that music on the radio
And I swore some day I was gonna go
Down Highway 10 past Lafayette
To Baton Rouge and I won't forget
To send you a card with my regrets
'Cause I'm never gonna come back home

Saturday night and the moon is out
I wanna head on over to the Twist and Shout
Find a two-step partner and a Cajun beat
When it lifts me up I'm gonna find my feet
Out in the middle of a big dance floor
When I hear that fiddle wanna beg for more
Gonna dance to a band from a-Lou'sian' tonight

Have a great day everybody!

:)

Good morning, Cbz and good morning, Zoners. We're in the middle of our Victoria Day long weekend and the campers are out in full force. Gas prices shot up 15 cents a litre just prior to the start of the weekend, but the oil companies insist that there is no connection. In any event, have a great day.:D

Morning Pops. Morning everybody. Well, it's Sunday and the end of the week. I hope everybody is having a great one.

"We'll keep on spending sunny days this way
We're gonna talk and laugh our time away
I feel it coming closer day by day
Life would be ecstasy, you and me endlessly

Groovin' on a Sunday afternoon
Really couldn't get away to soon
No, No, No, No
Groovin'
Groovin' "

Morning, Cbz and Cowboys fans everywhere. Get up and get crackin'. Here's hoping you have a great day.

Morning Pop's, JB, Leon, and all those unfortunate enough to have to "punch a time clock".
Thoughts and prayers for those affected by the recent outbreak of severe weather. Lot's of large tornados on tv yesterday, but I'm still in awe of the mile wide monster in Granbury.

It's well into the afternoon here and I'm watching the news about the massive tornadoes in the Oklahoma City area. My thoughts are with the folks there. Take care and stay safe, everyone.

Now I'm in shock with the ever growing tragedy in Moore, Oklahoma.

Morning Cbz and Zoners. Have a great day!

Prayers go out to those in Oklahoma.

Morning Pops --Prayers to all the storm victims----Keep you head down Leon

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas.

Well, I can't say that I understand some things. I guess they are not for me to understand. 20 children among the 51 dead in Oklahoma. My heart breaks for those parents.

Morning Pops.

I'm with you. I had a hard time sleeping last night thinking of those families.
All those precious little ones. Devastating.

Good morning, Cbz and good morning, Zoners. I watched the story about Moore unfold with real concern, only to have my worst fears realized. I can only imagine the shock of a family who sends their child to school, only to never see them alive again. My thoughts are with those families and by anybody here impacted by this tragedy.
