Morning Pops, Leon and all followers on this TGIF! Not so fast there, sand wedge breath!! We're still here, albeit quite busy this week. No golf for me lately. Getting our community garden ready for the Foxfire Mountaineer festival Saturday. This is the same Foxfire that spurred on the popular Foxfire book series in the late 60's/early 70's on primitive ways and means. A very interesting area we live in.
And before I forget it............GO COWBOYS!!!

Morning Pops and gang. ologan I'll ask my wife to cook you some Hong Shao Ro with mantou. I'll make you some Xiang Gu Ji. If you want desert then I'll make you some of my mother's corn fritters with some real maple syrup topped with a touch of cinnamon and confectioner's sugar. Hot Chinese black tea or I drink cold tea (liang cha). After dinner sherry or brandy but no cigars. Or some Qingdao beer.

Enjoy the game today. Should be a good one. I'd like a win. Have a good one.

Well, Mondays always seem a little brighter after a Cowboy win, at least for me. Hope everybody had a chance to enjoy the game this weekend. Off to a good start this morning, gonna go refile the coffee cup and get back to it.

Morning, Pops. Morning everyone. I thought fall was here but yesterday got up to 100 degrees again. Go figure. Have a great day folks.

100 degrees, Leon?? Had our first frost the other day at the community garden, so it was out digging up sweet potatoes by the bushels!
Back up to the 60's/70's for awhile, but the leaves are starting to tell us Fall is for real.

Morning Pops! Hiya Leon and ologan. It's been cool and perfect around here. Cool nites and mornings and in the 70s during the day. Leaves haven't started to fall yet. We did talk about going to the mountains in the next week or so at the peak to see the trees in Appalachia. ABQ, Phil, Bob and the rest of the gang take care and all have a good day.
