Morning Pops, morning fellas, and good morning to all you Zoners out there. TGIF! Got my car back yesterday from the dealership, finally, and today my son gets his honor roll certificate. So proud of my boy.

It's cold here as well Leon, think I'm gonna keep the dogs in a little later today.

Trouty, good job for the young man. You probably have something a little special figured out for him but if not, it always worked for me with ABQJr. to just celebrate that kind of thing a little bit. Nothing big, maybe just his favorite food or restaurant. That's a big deal to him right?

Afternoon Pops, afternoon fellas, and good afternoon to all you Zoners out there. Taking my boy to a birthday party today, this evening at a laser tag place.

@ABQCOWBOY, the little one was most certainly rewarded. He got a $50 PSN card from his dad (a video game transaction card). So proud of him. We also went out to breakfast and he had himself a nice big omelette.

Well done Trouty, those little things, especially if you are there to be part of it are the things that matter to little people. I see a lot of parents give rewards but they don't go that little extra step to be with them. What happens is you have just payed for whichever other person to make a memory with your kid. Opportunity lost.

Wife has been gone for about awhile, she has been in Cali with here Sister. Our Nephew was diagnosed with Cancer, only 26 years old, and she has been out there to try and help any way she can. Good news though, they went in, took out his Kidney but got it all, according to the Dr.'s. Hope to God that they did, he's way too young for this stuff and he has a baby boy, just a year old.

Anyhow, let this be a lesson to me. All the times I wonder why I am married and put up with the dumb stuff, it's cause my Wife has a good heart. Glad she will be coming home soon.

My thoughts and prayers are with you and yours, @ABQCOWBOY. Sounds like your wife is buckling down and doing God's work. I lost my mom to cancer when I was 17, so I know the nasty disease first hand. Let's pray that the cancer is gone and that your nephew within the family lives a long and beautiful life. God bless you and yours, ABQ.

God Bless you both. Hope she gets home soon, Mine will be in China thru Feb and probably Mar taking care of my Mom.

Hope they did get it all and he mends quickly.
 
Morning Pops and howdy people. Still jet lagged I guess. Can't get to sleep before 3AM and I've been up at 11, 9 and 1PM, dang, today. Going to turn off everything tonite early along with Mother's Little Helper and try to get back on Hawaii time. Ya'll have a great day.
