What the heck is the deal with people decorating their homes for Halloween with skeletons coming out of the ground, heads with spikes through them, skeletons hanging from nooses? Just the thing we should be trying to do, scare the hell out of kids so badly that their scarred for life...over a crummy O'Henry bar.

Good morning all. The weekend (and next Cowboys games) is one day closer.
I have one neighbour who has a little party for her kids the day before Halloween. Her specialty is her severed finger cookies, which the kids just wolf down. My front doorway has a simple, happy Jack O'Lantern to welcome the smaller kids to my cosy home. I give them a treat and THEN I take their fingers. :
