I echo the sentiments to all for a Happy Vertrans Day. A day of remembrance for many, be of good cheer.

My Dad served in WWII got shot down twice and later was assigned as Prez. Truman's Personal Body Guard when he had anything to do with the Navy.

My Brother served in Vietnam and my younger brother and I did the Gulf war and a few other conflicts.

we all came back luckily but none of us without some war wounds (so to speak) My Dad being the only one serious wounded in combat.

I thank all vets and understand the sacrifices families must make for there service members it shouldn't be trivialized it may at times be harder than the one in actual duty.

Here's a recipe for stuffing.

3 stocks of Celery
1 Onion
Chicken Stock
Cubed Erbe Stuffing

Chop Celery and Onion. Saute in a pan with butter until translucent. Put Stuffing in a bowl and pour sauted ingredients into bowl. Mix with hands, you may to add stock as you go, until moist (not wet). Stuff your bird and back or put in covered casarol dish and back for 45 minutes to an hour or until done.
