Far Northeast Georgia. About as far NE as you can go in Georgia, about 9 miles from N. Carolina and 7 miles from S. Carolina, in the Southern Appalachians/ Blue Ridge mountains.

Good monring, Cbz and to all who come by. Ologan, it sounds like you're in a great location. I must confess to missing having the mountains close by. Seeing the Rockies from a distance just isn't the same.

ABQ, I just try and get through the top ten and treat the rest as bonuses. ;) You folks have a great day and enjoy the launch into the weekend.:D

I love that area! About 2 hours from you.

Morning CBZ and all my fellow zoners.

There has been a cold snap here with lots of blowing snow. I saw several cars in the ditch on my way home from the hospital last night. I was very happy not to be one of them and very thankful for my winter tires - it hurts the checkbook everytime I buy them and have the season changeovers but I know it's worth it when I see the traction I have compared to the guys with All-Seasons (which should really be called 3 seasons as far as this country is concerned).

My son's epilepsy came under pretty good control with medication but he now has a pretty bad rash which is likely drug related which means another trip to Emergency to get a new medication for him (don't have a pediatrician yet but one has been requested and our family doctor doesn't want to do medication management for pediatric epilepsy as it is too far out of his zone of comfort). So two steps forward and one step back - gets frustrating after awhile. At least my wife is hopping around better and getting a better hang of being one-legged.

Anyhow, should be a good afternoon of football. I think I"ll root for Baltimore and Atlanta although I think SF and Pats will prevail.

Good afternoon,Cbz and to all Cowboys fans.
We've had some weather, haven't we? ;) Sorry to hear about the rash, but the road is past the seizures, so here's hoping the rash is quickly resolved. (Benadryl?) I'm with you on the games and I'm watching a bit of a shocker (so far) in Atlanta.
Everybody enjoy the games and have a great day.:D

Afternoon Pops and everyone ...Sounds like you are going it thru the storm Eskimo--Prayers for you Wife and Son

Morning Cbz and sports fans everywhere. Well, Cowboys fans anyway.

We got to see a couple of exciting games yesterday, and even though the Whiners won, the Cheatriots got knocked out. I guess we'll be watching the Harbowl in a couple of weeks. I have always rooted for the NFC, but I'm making an exception this time. Go Ravens!

Have a great day everyone!

Morning Pops ,,Morning Leon and everyone...Thats all I got to say about that.

Goodmorning, Cbz and good morning, Zoners. Leon, I agree wholeheartedly about the AFC game. Any Superbowl without the Patriots is a great thing. Now we won't have to endure Peter King's cloying obsession with Tom Brady. I just wish that Tony Gonzales would have had his chance to finish out his career with an appearance in the big game. In any event, the battle between two brothers will be good for the news media.

Everybody enjoy "Blue Monday" and havee a great day.:D

Morning Pops. Morning Fellas and Good Morning to any visitors.

Good weekend of football.

Everybody, have a great day!

:)

Morning, Cbz and everyone. We are having unseasonably warm weather this week. 30 or so in the morning but rising to the high 60's and even 70's in the afternoon. I've got a couple rounds of golf scheduled this week.

Everyone have a great day!
