Throwing this into the mix in terms of "potential" trade values on qbs out there.... holy mother...
No chance even the Pats could pull that off.

I really don't see NE letting a young talented QB going to a conference rival... if they did it would cost the Texans an arm and a leg. Easier/cheaper to trade a 4th for Romo and then look to the Draft for the future. You guys don't think that there's a possibility that Houston might be going after Garoppolo?
Yeah. Everytime you hear from anyone directly tied to their organizations, not national media, they say Denver likes where they are but if hes dropped will maybe talk. But many reason to stay pat.If they are, they're sure keeping it close to the vest.
This is how you negotiate when you have a QB asset. Not "I'm going to do right" by the QB.
Isn't this the time of year where everyone is lying to gain leverage? So by that logic they are both interested hahahaYeah. Now im hearing no way Houston will trade for him, but if dropped and willing to do an incentive type contract, they would look at it.
Man.... I'll be pissed.... can't stand NE....No chance even the Pats could pull that off.

Completely insane. How bad has qb play gotten that Garrapolo could command two 1s?

No offense, but Romo has given his blood sweat and tears to this organization for a decade and is more than just an asset in Dallas, Jimmy G has no legacy...
this John McClain guy from the Houston Chronicle seems pretty adamant that Houston "will not trade for Tony Romo"...they just interviewed him on NFL Network via phone......
That's fair. I just think Jerry should have said "Romo is worth two number one picks, instead of I'm going to do right by him, I.e. Release him"No offense, but Romo has given his blood sweat and tears to this organization for a decade and is more than just an asset in Dallas, Jimmy G has no legacy...
I don't follow the Patriots, but is Jimmy Garappolo that good?
He appears to be banking on the fact Houston can wait out Dallas. That Dallas will cut Romo in the next 24 hours.
The things you say!You misinterpret my emotion. I just don't find your approach credible.
You're acting like Tony is playing for free. He has been compensated handsomely during his tenure in Dallas and ony two playoff wins in a decade. No Conference Championship appearance. No Super Bowl appreance.
The Cowboys don't owe Romo a damn thing.
Let's just hang on to Romo all the way until June 1 then.
