The answer to 2 is TBD. I cannot remember another case where no charges, numerous people saying complainant is not believable but NFL did own investigation to find guilt.

Man people love grandstanding and I don't get it. That guy must've wanted to be an actor with those dramatics. I shudder please. I feel about it like you do. Hope he doesn't find himself in this trouble again but if does NFL life will go on. I'm just not for the faux moral outrage.

With erod it is really simple. He predicted Zeke would fail at this for the reason that he states, article 46 is all powerful, and so now he goes around parroting the exact same thing and looking for anyone who agrees with him. He's been doing it for a month or more. I don't expect he will stop no matter the new information we get.

First is to point out that he is not a reliable witness. The Mike and Mike attorney he keeps referring to said he would get the restraining order.

We just heard the judge in this case say that this was not like Brady and how he had serious issues with the fairness of the proceedings that went against Zeke and at the end of the day he, not Mike or Steve or, Bill will be making the judgment. It really shouldn't take a lawyer to understand that hiding evidence is not fair.

I can see that point of view but, if that is the point of view you take, then you also have to say that 1 is also, TBD.

No, because it clearly was a kangaroo court. The NFL ignored evidence, its investigators, basically said he was guilty even when law enforcement said she was full of it. The Supreme Kangaroo Court of the NFL was constituted just to find guilt. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kangaroo_court

No is in reference to you stating that 1 has to be TBD if 2 is TBD. I say no that is not the case. Yes to 1 as it is a kangaroo court. 2 is TBD

I've gotten addicted to a Podcast called "Mysterious Universe" where two really bright, really funny Aussie guys go into topics like Near Death Experiences and Cryptozoology. One is Life Science (I think he is an immunologist) and the other Physical Science (something like ME). They rip on the frauds, tell wacky stories and go into the similarities of reported stories and what it could mean. Its like having two Aussie friends that show up at your bar that just read six books they want to tell you about.

That was in November 2014. The conduct policy was revised in December 2014.

He's serving 6 games, whether it happens this year or next. I'll gladly give even odds up to a couple hundred bucks to anyone who thinks otherwise and wants to make some money.

How can one prove a negative? There is no proof that Zeke didn't put his hands on the woman in question. The league saw enough evidence of wrong doing to act on it--and that's all they need. The NFLPA granted the league that power. There simply aren't grounds to sue here. If anyone really thinks conspiracy angle is going to hold up--good luck with that. It's a Hail Mary and nothing more.
