It has nothing to do with that. It's all based on free agents you sign and free agents that leave the team. Players that have been cut do not count either way.

I appreciate everything that he did last year, but everyone is replacable. Free agency doesn't allow fans to be loyal to players. No one would question his character. Still, there is a reason why Cowboys haven't signed him yet. His price tag doesn't meet their value in him.

If that happens, a big contract for Parnell (may be as high as a 4th) and one for Murray should be nice and allow the team to do something they have not been able to do in a while and that is stockpile draft choices. It is always a plus to do that, they just need to make it pay off by drafting the right way.

I don't trust "insiders". Barely trust beat reporters. My problem with Schefter is that he thinks he is Mort and he isn't. He reports obvious stories after another site makes it, and then says "I am hearing......" What a ******.
