Music - Best live performance during your lifetime; your opinion

Best ever is probably Alice In Chains at U of MD in December 1992. They didn't tour very often back then due to Layne Stayley's drug issues, and they were absolutely amazing.

Close second is the Metallica/Gun N Roses tour in Summer of 1992 at RFK. Amazing. Also, proud to say, I "relieved" myself on approximately the 45yard line, so there's that.

Hmm, so many.

One memorable moment from one of Neil Young's annual Bridge School Benefit concerts. Simon and Garfunkle were performing "Sound of Silence" and Eddie Van Halen surprised everyone (including S&G) by coming out in the middle to do a solo.

The Ramones 1978 Old Waldorf San Francisco

I had permanent hearing loss after that show.
