My message to Dak after watching Rush gave a winning record as the starter

My issue in relation to the contract is we paid a guy who openly admits to struggling with his post snap read. There’s a lot of film breakdown confirming this especially in the playoffs. My other issue is his refusal to take snaps under center and the impact it has on the run game. Lastly, his ego. Last night during the broadcast when they were talking about the “here we go”, Dak always has to be front and center even while on IR.

Dak is better than Rush, no need to even debate that. But, Rush plays within himself while Dak tries to do too much, maybe because of the contract(s). Dak is no where near a 58 million/per better option than Rush with his salary. If only Jerry didn’t jump the gun and let the season play out

He tries to do too much when the defense puts up the offense behind the 8 ball, which happened often in the early part of the season, not because of his contract. That is silly talk.

I posted twice about Cooper Rush's Time to Throw and of course everyone ignored it, but one of the reasons why the team is playing better (asides from better defense and facing some crap teams) is that the main difference between the passing game with Dak in early 2024 vs Rush in late 2024 is that the coaching staff has cut down the offense and game planned a lot of quicker routes, which is what most everyone does when turning to the backup QB. Rush's Time to Throw is 2nd quickest in the NFL, trailing only Tua. A quicker Time to Throw is not necessarily better, as Cooper's quick TTT comes with an absolutely abysmal 6.1 yards per pass attempt, which is tied for 2nd to last in the NFL. What else accounts for the difference? two new starters on the OL and a much improved running game as well.

Big deal he released the ball quick. Too many floaters some of them should’ve been deeper and that would’ve been a touchdown. Cooper Rush cannot win a championship ever.

I hope winning yesterday proves to some people it’s football players with heart that win football games, not Primadonna making a paycheck
That’s the GM his job finding football players, I rather have a team full of fourth round players that love the game than a team of total first rounders looking for a paycheck. A lot of teams right now have a lot of injured players and they are actually playing better.

Absolutely and the fight in this team encourages me moving forward. I think the culture is definitely changing. Those guys fought their ***** off after they knew they were eliminated. I am very excited about what the future holds.

Some fans just can’t get past their hate. Just like with romo. We invested nothing and got two really good QB’s and got very lucky. Neither romo or Dak was the reason we didn’t have more playoff success

You just blamed that on him REFUSING to do it, rather than it being a coaching decision, which, last time i checked, calling plays usually sits with the coaches and not a QB you don't like.
