My opinion on Choice's limited role

Exactly.

There almost has to be something behind the scenes going on with Choice, doesn't there? Otherwise it simply doesn't make sense.

Wade even said after the Chiefs win that Tashard would get the ball more. He really talked him up, almost as much as Miles.

I just wonder if he's been late for meetings or something of that nature. Otherwise it just doesn't add up.

A - I think Wade has nothing to do with our offensive personnel decisions. They asked him after the Denver game why Barber wasn't on the field at the goal line at the end and he had no idea that he wasn't.

B - I think Garrett just keeps calling play and personnel packages without enough awareness of the game situation. It was the same in the Chief's game, when Barber was clearly less effective than Choice yet was still getting carries in OT. I think Garrett was just calling his game without even watching the results.

I don't think Choice is in trouble at all - the guy has a huge rep for being a team leader - I just think they forget about him during the game.

These current coaches have a horrible record of starting players when they shouldn't and sitting players when they shouldn't. If there was some intelligent explanation for Choice not getting more carries when Barber obviously isn't 100%, I'd love to hear it. I just don't think there is one.

The only explanation is the coin that Barber is being paid.

That unfortunately is leveraging the number of carries each back gets.

I'm not pleased by that and it gives me hope that Barber is traded in the off-season.

Choice is a very good blocker.

I honestly think it's just because the GM wants Barber and Jones getting most of the carries...Highlights, salaries are more important to him than health status
