That’s exactly what I said, not to “count” on Vaughn being one of our top three backs. Nowhere did I say he “won’t” be one of our top three backs. Not to count on something doesn’t mean it won’t happen.

What I’ve been implying about Vaughn is pretty obvious to everyone but you. One of your biggest problems is getting what someone posts straight. I don’t know if I’ve run into anyone here that has a more difficult time with that than you. My only concern with Vaughn is his size. I’ve repeated it several times and you’ve twisted that into claims that I said he wasn’t going to be any good. Lol Not once have I ever said he’s not a talented player and that he wouldn’t be any good. I have no idea if he’s going to pan out at the NFL level, but his size is an issue. Hopefully you can get that comment straight without twisting it. Lol I’ve said repeatedly that I think he will make the team. I’ve said repeatedly I think the Cowboys will find a role for him. The major difference we’re having is you think Vaughn is going to be a lot better RB at the NFL level than I think he will be and that he will receive a number touches every week. I don’t think he’s going to get a lot of touches every week and I don’t think he will receive a lot of snaps at RB. If you’re not clear on something I’ve posted, ask me. The 49ers couldn't run it either. Purdy was under siege and the Cowboys completely neutralized Deebo Samuel. Lamb had more receiving yards than Kittle. This game was a very close game. Purdy actually couldn't do anything but at least he held his composure and kept trying and eventually made a few plays while Dak started looking panicked and was hesitant and made some mistakes. And that's not the first time Dak has looked like that (aka choking)
