You're hurt? You practice. You're injured? You're injured.
Right now, he's hurt. He practices. The fact that he isn't is enough to think he should be cut for me.

There are reasons to sit it. NEVER extend the injury purposefully. A grade I tear becomes a II or even a IV if ignored.
To others Stanback is not just fast but elite fast. And more importantly he is also a football player AND an elite athlete as well as speedster. This is the reason he's been kept despite the injuries and position change.
He'll be given every opportunity to make this team. In fact he'll have to be beaten out as well as stay injured to lose his spot on the team.
There will come a time when and if injuries do cost him a job here. We aren't there yet with a Grade I hamstring pull.
