Mykell Williams

He has all the physical tools but still needs to develop.
Risky but high upside pick

I have had a feeling for a long time now Dallas is going to draft an edge player early. I think it is a definite need. I don't think they trust Sam Williams. I have a feeling DLaw is not coming back. and I think Golston is going to get a surprising contract offer from someone - like Washington.

Perhaps they go DE, DT in the first two rounds.

So far it's heavy Edge and LB visits reported.

if he's on the board at 12...i think i have to turn that card in and its on to round 2.
one helluva talent to leave on the board.

He kind of reminds me of Travon Walker... similar freaky size and athleticism, same read-and-react role in Georgia's system, same low stat production in that system.

Walker's ended up being a good pro. He'll always be compared to Aidan Hutchinson, and he'll never be that good. But if he was drafted in say the #5-10 zone, no one would have a problem with him.

Williams is a notch below him as a prospect, because every defensive end on the planet is a notch below Walker athletically, but I think he's a comparable type of player.

I wouldn't hate drafting Williams at #12. I think there's going to be a lot of similarly graded players there, and Williams definitely plays a money position. Green and Pearce would be my preferences at DE, cause I think they're better pure pass rushers, but it looks like Green's character issues are more than just smoke.
