LeBaron's performance in the eastern series was the stuff of single game legend, and did it on the way to an 8th straight title series.

Arguably the greatest athlete in living memory.
Philly is ONE of the places he may end up. I'm hoping he does. I'm not a big basketball fan, but I am of Lebron. Reason being, his childhood, coming up from the projects to a major superstar. He gets mocked so much because so many are jealous of his athleticism.

I also respect his private life he leads and how much he loves his wife and family and doesn't partake in any nonsense. His life outside of basketball is very private. You don't see him on social media or in the news hogging time like that idiot Malcolm Jenkins from the Egals. No matter what's happening in the news, he has to have his fix of attention to be in the spotlight. Raising his fist during the national anthem etc....

People get tired of it. Because he's a mulimillionaire and a professional football player, he knows the media will be all over whatever he has to say using the NFL platform to do so. Who cares what he has to say. Us little folks don't have that option, but yet we're forced to either hear or read about it.

Ok, I'm finished ranting lol. Should LeBron play for the Sixers, I'm definitely going to attend a game. Watching him on TV is priceless, I can't even imagine how it would be to watch him in person.

I kinda have to agree. I really think that the NBA is kinda fixing who they want to see have a competitive advantage. It's been going on for a long time IMO.

Imo Jordan was the downfall as the league figured out they made tons more money when a star like Jordan was winning, hence him getting away with murder and egregious traveling violations sometimes.....after Jordan, star power has ruled and gets well timed calls. I’ll never forget the Kings having the Lakers almost put away and phantom call after phantom call kept LA in it, even the players in that game think it was rigged. Then an official actually came out and even admitted as much essentially. If you bet, bet on star power in NBA games and you will win big $ esp come playoff time. The Celtics didn’t have to star power to compete with the money the league would get from LeBron being there. Houston is still a distant money making finals team compared to a California team with the star power GS has. You can see the date stamp on my earlier post calling the matchup. I keep hoping I’ll be wrong.

Not to mention there was a ref that went to prison for rigging games. As a Mavs fan I thought the 2006 Finals was ridiculous because Wade set a record for most free throws in any Finals (even more than Jordan or Kobe) and the Mavs couldn't breath on him without a foul. Donaghy later said the Mavs got screwed.

""I think basically Dallas basically got screwed out of a championship in that situation because the NBA started to manipulate the series to make sure it was extended and Dallas could never recover from it,” Donaghy said."

I'm sure a Miami Heat fan would say he has no crediblity but I have two eyes and I believe what I saw so I believe him.

If Cavs win, JR Smith brain cramp will be forgotten.

Maybe he remembered when Terrance Williams was supposed to run out of bounds.
