So you're willing to give up the next inexpensive Zack Martin or Tyron Smith or Dez Bryant for a half season of Suh, whom you may not re-sign.

If it meant winning a super bowl? Um, yea

Suh I think is not worth the headache. Yes he is talented but darn he has a ton of issues.

He really doesn't. He was never a problem at Nebraska, and he comes from a good family that is well-educated.

Yes, he had a temper issue early on, but he seems to have worked that out. I think he's fed up with the constant nonsense in Detroit.

I think all big name free agents are out of the question now.

It's going to be hard enough just to resign the guys we have because other teams will probably overpay.

He had issues at HuskerLand but they were covered up.

Anger issues for a defensive tackle aren't always a bad thing. He seems to have it more under control.

If he has it under control then Det should keep him. He is a FA in 2015 they can easily restructure his contract and add some years to it.

I'm not sure of this. Detroit has some cap issues going forward. Both Stafford and Megatron have huge cap numbers in future years. Also, it's really not up to Detroit. Suh can void the contract, I believe, so he has to want to stay in Detroit. I don't know if he want's that or not?

I would just as soon look to the draft, high priced FA from the outside has burnt Dallas way too often. There is some very good talent on the DL in this coming draft. Dallas needs to get some of our own signed and continue to use the draft which for the most part has gotten us to where we are. Use mid level FA to fill gaps

He'll get a monster contract somewhere, likely not in Dallas. I'd rather spend our money on Dez and Ro, and potentially Murray, and build through the draft.

There is good talent but there is nobody like Suh in this years draft. I understand what you are saying about past contracts but there are also examples of good contacts as well. Suh is a guy who I would spend money on. He is going to produce in any scheme. He's special IMO.

Special or not we have to get our guys signed. Dallas has done better with the mid level FA and the draft as opposed to these over paid FA. Who was it that was special Namdi that Philly out bid the Cowboys for? thank goodness that fell through.

I guess it depends on what you deem as overpay. To me, if you can get a special player who can change the game at a position of need and a position of importance, then I don't know that I was say you are over paying. He's worth the money.

Namdi is not Suh, IMO. Namdi was a bad idea from the start and most everybody new that. I don't think people look at Suh in the same light. Namdi was going to bring a championship to Dallas. Suh might be a guy who could do that. He is a guy that, if added to this defense, could potentially make it dominant.

I'm not a big fan of Suh to be honest. He is a headcase and not worth brining in. Too much money for a guy who marches to the beat of his own drummer. Right now Dallas has guys willing to do what is asked of them, even if we ask them to move from one spot to the next and they do it. I want guys willing to put team 1st and I don't see that in Suh.

I think Suh might be the missing piece to our defense. He will command double teams and will free up the others to come and make the plays. Thats the reason why the Detroit linebackers are making a lot of plays and its the main reason why Detroit is #1 on defense.

Maybe that constant nonsense is over in Detroit. They are in first place in their division and have the top ranked defense.

At least he is taking it out on grown men, on the field, instead of women and children. Guy brings the pain to opposing players, not his own teammates, like Harvin. Suh is smart, nasty and has always had an intense work ethic. Sounds like RKG to me.

I am more concerned about day Suh retires and we don't have these weekly post about him coming to dallas. Its become my security blanket.
