I think McCray and Ball both had issue in terms of their production that has not been the case with Witten. You are talking about a 9 time pro bowler, 6 time all pro and to claim he runs sloppy routs?

He does not run sloppy routs, yes he has dropped passes but outside of that Witten has been as solid as you could expect from a TE and the 9 time Pro bowl and 6 time all pro and his numbers only prove he does it year in and year out.
Perfect no one is but he is as close to perfect that you will find in the game. Not some one year wonder.

P Hazard Commander fan is not an expert, Witten has converted a lot of 3rd downs off the out routs. Again if the play comes in and it requires the TE to run a 5 and out that is what Witten will do, you don't make up crap as you go along you run the play as it was drawn up.
