Hate to spoil your pity party, but the Cowboys are a good football team.

They're(Cowboys) going to the super bowl!

Feel free to continue to think this team is some fluke/loser ready to happen tho!

12-4

Reality is going to set in over the next 3 weeks...it'll be sad for those who get all caught up in the W-L column and not the numbers behind the W-L ratio.

Washington - 29th allowing 30.7 PPG
Chicago - 24th allowing 27.7 PPG
49ers - 23rd allowing 27.7 PPG

Cincinnati - 12th allowing 20.5 PPG
Green Bay - 17th allowing 22.3 PPG
Philly - 1st allowing 9.0 PPG

To make it worse:

Philly - 2nd scoring 30.8 PPG
Green Bay - 2nd at home scoring 34.0 PPG at home

Cincinnati and Green Bay have VERY dangerous WR's, and Philly is just scoring as they please. Our defense is going to put the offense in a huge hole. Mistakes will come and the offense will get frustrated.

I am a HUGE tony fan, probably the biggest, but I dont like his first game back being against philly either. That is a NASTY team to try and knock rust off against.

If we win 2 out of the next 3, I hope reality sets in with you.

Green Bay is so good they came pretty close to losing at Jacksonville, then lost to minnesota and then almost blew a 27 point lead to the lions at home....the lions lost to the bears today.

GB is a good team with a great QB they are however not a great team and will give up plays and points on defense.

They very much look like the the 2015 Packers -- oddly broken on offense.

Minus the Lions game last week, Aaron Rodgers has been shockingly ordinary over the past year or so.

Dallas is giving up 20 ppg...to teams that barely average 20 ppg. So if they're giving up the average versus teams without a winning record...take a good extrapolation on teams with winning records.

Thats the "tip" that tells you it has a high probability of being brutal.
Dallas just won a game against odds that I'd wager no other team has faced this season. Take out your 3 best players on an offense heavy team. Then take out your best pass rusher. A starting corner, a starting LB, starting G, and another pass rusher. Then go on the road against a team whose only win was a 28-0 blowout of a 3-1 team who has beaten two of the top three teams from last season. Not sure what tomorrow holds but that seems like room for hope to me.

Dude.. first HORRIBLE thread and HORRIBLE timing imho.. but I get it. My advice.. you'll drive yourself nuts attempting to logically predict results 2-4 weeks down the road. The landscape and narrative of the entire league changes EVERY week. Carolina is 1-3 right now. Denver just lost it's QB. Right now the focus should be on a 2-2 Cincinnati team. We're somewhat playing with house money. I may be alone on this but I think we can beat them. I really do especially if we can run the ball. Each win breeds confidence. Let me guess, you thought we'd go 12-4 in 2014 before the season right?

You know that good teams beat the teams they should, right?

We've won three games with our franchise QB and best pass rusher. We've won two games without our franchise LT. We've won one game without our franchise WR.

That's the real story.

One game at a time. Bengals are our focus. Not looking past that. One game at a time.

I'm often a glass-half-empty guy myself. Even though 'Frisco is clearly not a good team we DID win a game on the road after falling behind by 14, with Dez, Tyron, and a number of other key players out. I'm bullish on beating Cincy.

Against Cinci:
We get D-Law back for sure.
We possibly get Dez, Tyron, La'el, Nzeocha, Scandrick back.

That is a winnable game. Let's focus on that and then regroup. There are tons of injuries each week, so who knows what each team is going to look like weeks ahead.
I would keep Dez out one more game then re-evaluate.

Cincy doesn't look as good as last year. Green Bay is always tough at home but we're due for a win there. Philly will absolutely be the toughest team to beat in this series.

The next three teams will be definitely tougher than our first three.
Yes our Dline is junky, and yes I would like us to stomp these NFL bottom dwelling teams, but I'll take a W over a L anyday.

One game at a time. I see nothing beyond Cincinnati. 4 - 1 on deck.

Philly is so overrated, especially around here. Not worried about them at all. Garbage city, garbage fans, garbage team
