How about we enjoy tonights win! How about we appreciate the way dak, Zeke, claiborne, Brown, beasley, and the overall team is playing with all the injuries and suspensions we currently have for AT LEAST ONE DAY before we start worrying SMH ! my 2 cents Just enjoy the moment, we are winning games with a rookie Qb who is lighting it up when last year we couldn't win without Romo.

There is a different vibe around the Cowboys for sure this year

Reality is going to set in over the next 3 weeks...it'll be sad for those who get all caught up in the W-L column and not the numbers behind the W-L ratio.

Washington - 29th allowing 30.7 PPG
Chicago - 24th allowing 27.7 PPG
49ers - 23rd allowing 27.7 PPG

Cincinnati - 12th allowing 20.5 PPG
Green Bay - 17th allowing 22.3 PPG
Philly - 1st allowing 9.0 PPG

To make it worse:

Philly - 2nd scoring 30.8 PPG
Green Bay - 2nd at home scoring 34.0 PPG at home

Cincinnati and Green Bay have VERY dangerous WR's, and Philly is just scoring as they please. Our defense is going to put the offense in a huge hole. Mistakes will come and the offense will get frustrated.

I am a HUGE tony fan, probably the biggest, but I dont like his first game back being against philly either. That is a NASTY team to try and knock rust off against.
Didn't you leave out our Bi-Week?

That won't be too hard.

And we will have 2 weeks to get everybody well and back from suspensions with the principle's office.

I think it couldn't come at a better time.

And I think Romo should wait until DAK gets us in the playoffs first.

Then he can hold a clipboard and get his ring finger measured for the ring DAK is going to win for him.

Sounds like a plan to me.

Every game is the reality check, then we win and the next game is the reality check. Maybe in reality, the Cowboys have a chance against every team in the league. Maybe the test is when other teams have Dallas on the schedule. Our much maligned defense is making timely plays. Our offense is controlling games. Who's to say it won't continue? Some of you act like you can't wait for the Cowboys to lose again so you can say I told you so.

Ummmmm.....the Eagles beat the Bears, Browns and a horribly overrated Steelers team due to injury.

Bengals two wins-Dolphins and Jets.

Green Bay gave up a ton of yards and 27 points to the Lions, barely beat the crappy Jags.

I somehow don't think the Cowboys are quaking in there boots.

I can see the Green Bay game similarly to the 2014 game where we won in Seattle and announced to the league that we were going to be contenders.

While this is true I gained some respect for garret and lineman today. Actually weren't scared all game. Loved that screen pass towards the end but why not do it?! Everybody in the universes thought itd be a run. Youd either get the same effect as running it or salt the game away. That's the kind of **** I wanna see!

Can't lie thought they Lost us the game on the drive before that being predictable.

Why even bother watching them since you know the reality check is coming? That same SF team blew out the Rams week one. The Rams turned right around and beat Seattle and Arizona in Arizona. But I'm sure you saw that coming too huh? This isn't the NCAA so spare us.

I believe we win 2 of the next 3. But even 1 of 3 isn't bad. Philly is a bit of a pretender to me.

Dallas has dominated time of possession in four straight games...and the effectiveness is getting better. But, for the record, Dek Prescott is supporting a 70+ completion percentage on third downs...while the defense is getting better. Let's get past adding into the mix, Scandrick and Lawrence before surrendering to hare kare...and put onto the carpet a healthy Dez Bryant once again.

Seriously, the way team fortunes go up and down year to year all the 'hard' matchups and 'reality checks' people predict are based on what teams did LAST season, not this one.

A team's fortune now rises or falls year to year based on coaching changes, FA, injuries, suspensions, you really can't predict much how a team is going to play year to year much less week to week.

It's week 4 of the 2016 season. How many people saw the Panthers and the Cardinals sitting at 1-3 at this point? Who saw the Denver Broncos being 4-0, winning 3 games using some back up QB drafted in the late rounds over Paxton Lynch? The Raiders being 3-1? The Eagles atop the division at 3-0 after last years spectacular flame out? If the Vikings manage to beat the Giants tonight, they will be sitting at 4-0 without their starting QB or their HOF RB. The Rams are 3-1?

Come on. Nobody predicted any of this. Romo went down in the 3rd preseason game. Did anybody predict Dallas would be 3-1 at this point? Of course not.

Playoff teams from last year are struggling. New teams are rising. Staying focused on what a team did last year could blind you to what's going on in the league right now.

Cincy had a decent win against a very average Miami team at home. They are good but not world beater good. I think it is the most winnable game of the next three.

Average Miami team? Miami SUCKS.

The next thing that you know is that Cowboy haters and pessimistic Cowboys fans will say that the Bengals aren't good, if we beat them on Sunday.

Regardless, those three teams are better than the 4 teams we've faced to date.

Arguing against that is silly. Doesn't mean we can't go 2-1 during that stretch or 3-0 but the reality is the competition level steps up a few notches starting this weekend.
