Next pick released

You may have to trade up to like 35-36 to get him.

That won't be cheap. Stay put and if he gets into that 44ish range, then talk move.

I think, in the grand scheme of things, the Jones' can be big time boobs at stuff like this.

But I don't think they are dumb enough to do this.

Maybe I am wrong.
I agree and this wouldn't serve a purpose. Everyone assumes they're going to take a WR at some point and they're not going to scare anyone off.

Of course they could be sending a message that Sutton is the player they're going up for so if you don't want him or want to keep another team from getting him, trade with us. But that would take too much planning and being crafty and I don't see them finely honed in the crafty department. More likely to shoot themselves.

This isn't yahoo fantasy football, where you can auto draft.

So have the other teams agreed to not pick him?
You missed it, you really must pay closer attention. Yes, all the other teams picking before the Cowboys in round 2 have said they're not going to pick him. Don't feel bad though, I missed them all saying they weren't going to take LVE.

Speculation Jerry is creating a thick smoke screen to mask our true next pick ;)
While the GM's all tremble in their war rooms, pacing, wringing their hands and muttering "what will he do, oh, mercy me, what will he do"?

Confirmed what has already been out there for weeks.

not true

Fish never said we were taking sutton in round 2..he said we were interested for weeks..this report says sutton is our first target today..that's new..
