All of the games this weekend sucked they were all one sided or pathetically played (i.e. Washington).

I am looking forward to some good well played well coached close games next week. Panthers/Bears should qualify in that regard as should the Patriots/Broncos games. I believe and hope that the Colts will annihilate the Cheap Shot Steelers.

Looks like all the games will be good.

I am lookin forward to the Bears and Panther game. If you like defense this should be a real good one.

As for what I hope for

Colts run up the score on the Steelers big time.

Patriots get totally owned by the Broncos

Skins lose to the Seahawks.

Bears Panther game. Dont care who wins just as long as it is a good game.

I watch the playoffs no matter who is playing. Year after year.
I love NFL football and savor every chance I get to watch games.
That is me too. By the time the Hall of Fame game arrives I need a fix so bad I can't stand it. The Combines, the Draft, Free Agency, the games. Every bit of it consumes me. The greatest game ever invented.

Love the game, love the draft, love FA, cannot stand the combines. Severely overrated/useless.

I hope not. All 4 games this weekend were basically over by halftime or earlier. Just goes to show that the upper tear of NFL teams doesn't go 12 deep.

Not useless to me. It is news when I am starving for it.

Yup.

If the combines were somehow in October I would barely pay attention at all.

Can you believe the NFC will serve you up the Bears vs Panthers and Seattle and the Commanders.....those are games only true diehard DirecTV dish owners would watch....yuck!!!

just gives me more reason to think you only are a year away in today's NFL!!!

And someone out of this group has to represent in the Super Bowl.....pathetic!!!

Panthers over bears wouldnt bother me... Panthers have scratching and clawing(pun intended) for years now... Fox is a good guy... Lovie would be a genius if he got it done that quick with that crew... Urlacher is a lights out guy... deserves it...

Seattle and Skins - one uglier than the other... want both to lose... LOL

So... either let Seattle go and lose the Pats or Colts(probably Pats) OR let the Panthers go and lose to Pats... AGAIN!

That is why I didn't like the Skins game. It was poorly played. It had nothing to do with the lack of scoring. I don't know why Wolverine assumed that but whatever...
amazing how college teams can take a month off and be running on all cylinders and pro teams just stink the place up.

it was boring. worse to see the Skins catching those early breaks and miscues to win a game they had no right to win, given the offensive showing they had. the fewest yards ever, or in 50 years or something, in winning a playoff game. boring...
i'm rooting for the Bears now, and also for Denver since my lil bro is a fan, and i don't want to see the Patriots win it all again, god forbid...

i'll be rooting for the steelers, but i dont think they will do very well.

panthers - bears will be intresting, but i think the panthers win a lopsided game.

denver - new england is the best game this w/e IMO

washington - seattle should be good matchup, but probably not too exciting.....but wouldnt it be funny if the nfc championship was washington vs carolina, the two Wild Card teams ?

It will be my first time, I was old enough and could afford to attend a NFCC game. I would love it.

The Panthers and Commanders matchup very well. I think the Commanders are a better team overall though. But winning 6 of their last 8 on the road ? Thats a tall order.

Actually I thought all the games this weekend sucked.

Pretty unexciting weekend of football if you ask me.

Yep, wasn't worth watching- that's why I didn't and won't.

I agree with the point that in looking at last weekends games, some teams, Skins and Giants, just played bad....yeah yeah, the Skins defense is good, but are the days of complete teams...offense, defense and special teams over???

Enjoy Brunnell, Grossman and Plummer....todays NFL.....

Not if they take out Manning. Actually, I think Pitt will take care of Indy rather easily-without taking out Manning- Colts don't have the eye of the tiger or the heart of a champion.

Maybe I don't have as high a set of standards as some, but I enjoyed all of the games this past weekend and they turned out about like I expected but I didn't think the Pats would win by such a margin. It's the last few weeks of football for six months that will seem like six years and I want to enjoy all I can while I can. At least this off-season should be as interesting as last year.

I will probably enjoy next weekend as much. For me, the football becomes more fun if I don't care who wins or loses because that way I can enjoy good football no matter which team or player plays it.

Works for me but it may not work for everyone.

And the Steelers do ??

They haven't won a SB in 25 yrs !!

Unless they cheapshot Manning, they won't win.
